I spent good money on the top of the line boat cover through Seal Skin. The cover has held up after 1 year, but the straps went to pieces. So, I call to complain thinking they will honor their warranty and send me new ones, and they say no. And, if I want to order the straps as a universal order, it will cost $29.95 plus 3 day delivery of $46.00! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who sells a product with at least a five year warranty and only warranties some of the product?... I say as a dissatisfied customer, make sure when you buy from any company, you ask if everything in the box is under warranty, or don`t buy it! It looks like I will have to buy new straps every year which is ludicrous!

The cover was received promptly. When we opened it up, we thought it was quality material. We had a bit of difficulty putting it on the pontoon as it didn't come with directions. And never having a good quality boat cover before, we don't know if we put it on correctly or not. No internet service where the boat is stored. I requested directions afterwards. They sent them to me and next year we can put the cover on correctly.
So far, so good. Would have liked tie downs to be installed. Otherwise, all good.

My complaint is that this is not a seal skin cover this is made by oxgord in China no where on the cover does it say steel skin cover and it doesn't look like the cover on your home page and I don't see five layers here one layer was some felt sprayed on it.

Cover fit was good
Had an issue receiving my order. For some reason the order kept saying it was shipped but there was never any movement on the shipment. Took quite a while longer to finally receive the product but eventually I received it. Actually I have t used the cover yet but will be using it soon.
After reading the descriptions of their covers which was wrtten by them i ordered two of their supreme covers, one for a Harley davidson which was on nov 9th and i received the order number the same day and was told would ship within 2 days! I have not received it yet called today and was told they would have to try to find it, on nov 13th i ordered a supreme cover for a mercedes sl500 and i got it yesterday. It is way too small(guaranteed to fit like a glove) and it did not have the cable lock and antena reinforcement with it, i called they said send it back and they would send me another with the missing items i then ask to speak with a supervisor and was told no that it had to go through complaint ticked and it would be filed within 48 hours! The quality is not good and the customer service is crap and that crap about fits glove is crap! A RIP OFF! 1

Very poor quality not the size that was ordered took 4 weeks to arrive not worth the cost to return. I am in the process of filling a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General's office of Consumer Affairs regarding false advertisement your return policy and the web site complaints about Sealskin Covers.
