I purchased a Seal Skin Car cover for my 1965 Ford Galaxies. Order process was fine, cover showed and I started the process to cover my car. Very first time I put the cover on, it didn't fit. Stretched at the corners so bad the cover tore. Contacted Seal Skin, they said they would replace it, all I had to do was print a label, and ship it back. When they received it they would ship a replacement out. Sounds fine, except I live outside Seattle and it's the rainy time of year. I have no desire to leave my car in the elements for 5 to 10 business days waiting for the new cover to show. Spoke with Will in customer service, I asked if they would ship me another and when it showed up I would ship the bad one back. He told that's not possible. I asked to speak with a manager, the managers at Seal Skin don't take phone calls. I asked for a refund. I just received an email they want to charge me 20% restock fee on a defective product. What a great company! They are dishonest, misleading and fraudulent in their business practices. Don't waste your time or money.
I have never waited this long for anything, let alone a car cover. I ordered approximately 20 days ago When I call into customer services they state they cannot find the product, cannot tell if it were shipped no tracking number, nothing. Gave the lady my order number she researched and still could not find anything, stated she would put a ticket in? If I had not called in NO ONE would have notified me. Horrible services. Hopefully I will get what I paid for and not a bunch of smoke. Terrible customer services and if you want to stay in business perhaps you should consider hiring a TRACKING department to locate packages.

I thought I was buying a top quality cover for my Harley- As soon as I opened the "bag" that it was packaged and shipped in, I could visibly see that the material used on the inside was cheap corner cutting garbage that was nothing near what IS advertised. I can't easily make a call about the outer material, but I would bet it is not as advertised either. They are lucky I'm on the other side of the country-
I also noticed there was no sewn logo label any where- which no self respecting quality manufacturer would forego- besides the the one on the storage bag and all it said was "Made in China". DO NOT give these p. O. s your money!

Because of the website I had high expectations, I had a prior cover for my BMW Z4 and was delighted with it, the replacement cover was only because we are ocean side and the other cover was an indoor cover and eventually succumbed to the salinity in the air.
Sealskin sound professional and high quality, it was also the most expensive but I wanted a very good quality cover.
But it never came so I contacted them and they said it would and it didn't and I contacted them and eventually it did. But it took weeks and me contacting them.
So I washed and polished the car, opened the box and unfolded the cover - I fit the car like a big tarp, no graceful lines, a big sack, not at all what I had expected, and so loose, sign me PO'ed
Best Price. Great service. Quick and easy ordering. The only set back was the cover did NOT fit from bumper to bumper.
The covers purchased for our '79 and '95 Trans Am were too short. We received authorization to return them and receive replacements but have never received the shipping labels to return. Numerous requests for the shipping labels and/or an update on when they will be sent have all gone unanswered. Very disappointed in the lack of follow through from Seal Skin Covers.
I'm always skeptical of advertising, but my Supreme Car Cover is great, it fulfills all the requirements to keep my Mustang dry and protected. The cover is heavy duty with a soft felt interior that wicks condensation, but doesn't feel wet.The ad states that it is breathable, but 100% waterproof, I don't know how they achieved this, but I sure am glad they did. My cover was on sale and I used a 10% code and paid $134 and free shipping. Well worth the money! I would highly recommend this cover!
The initial order was delayed or ball was dropped after call to customer service it was shipped and arrived.
I got my 5year warranty in April and by Aug. It was pealing. I have lots of pictures showing what a poor product this is. It is costing me $35.00 + $7.00 to replace a $132.50 cover in four months that should have lasted 5 years. After several tries to contact someone about my grievance, put on hold several times, never getting a Mgr., I am writing this review. Michael Pomeroy

Site was easy to use after I opened it in Chrome.
The covers are very sturdy and fit perfectly.
We did modify them just a bit to make it easier to put on. We added a small D-Ring to each side of the drawstring at the front. This made it easier for one person to put the covers on.
The shopping experience went well, however; the cover is over-sized and therefore does not fit well. I thought it would be more of a fitted cover...not the case. Quality appears to be good, but I wish it fit better.
The cover doesn't quite fit. But, it's good enough.
Unfortunately I placed the order 3 weeks before a hurricane and never received it in time. I emailed and you guys said you goofed and finally sent out the order - way too late. When I recieved the cover it is too big for my Duece Harley - it flops in the wind - terrible fit. Very disappointed. My previous cover from Walmart fits so much better. What a waste of money.
Expected the cover to fit my vehicle better, even after the returned (small) cover was altered and replaced, It's still a little snug. But will work. Thanks for accommodating my needs.
My order was not shipped for an unknown reason after I received an email stating it has been processed. After I called about it it was delayed another week with no information on why. Finally after over a month later I got my cover only after threatening to cancel my order. I was very upset with the overall customer service and communication with my order. I will NOT be recommending Seal Skin covers to anyone or using your company for any future buiness.
