All I can say is wow:
1. I never got the 'free' lock included with the purchase of this VERY EXPENSIVE car cover.
2. The storage bag included with the purchase of the car cover was the size of a plastic food shopping bag; the cover will NEVER fit in that bag although it was made of the same material as the cover.
3. Overall - the cover is nice albeit it cost us $175 after 50% discount. Disappointed about the above.
VERY EASY to Navigate! BUT...ordered 2 different covers and each one was stitched WAY wrong! Just have not had time to call and complain about it yet.

Buyer beware! I purchase a car cover my 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300,but hat I received was a massive XL cover Not snug not custom! It was like 18 inches too big everywhere, It was so big it draped on the ground,something for like an Escalade I returned it and just received the exact same size but a rubber cover,outside cover,the same size. When I reached out again for the second time explaining they sent the wrong one again and I wanted my refund. They stated they did what they could and tried to accommodate me so they would allow me in my return! Accommodate!me really! And now I have to pay for a restocking fee because you're in confidence! Bad dog bad
