Great experience but had to go to the previous year for my dodge Ram 1500 2019 crew cab short bed, it fits
Website was easy to navigate and I found what us was looking for in the first 5 minutes on the sight. I have been checked on several times to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase and service provided.
I like the initial assessment. It has a little extra material on the width but not a bad fit. Too early to determine the true quality of material but seem really good. Guam's hot and rainy season will provide a great testing ground to validate the quality of materials used.
I ordered a "Custom fit" cover for my jet ski. The one they sent was ill fitting and saggy. I complained right away (within their 30 day period) and they promised to replace it but did not send the correct cover. Now they are hiding behind 30 day period to RIP ME OFF. DO NOT BUY from!

I was disappointed in the sealskin cover from the start. There were no markings to identify front from back as there representatives told me there should be. I had to fit cover in both directions to figure it out. It definitely is not near custom made as stated on there website. After conversing with CS they told me there covers are not custom made they or "semi-custom" and it was obvious. I was told they have 100% satisfaction if unhappy and said I could return it for another cover but then they said there is a 20% restocking fee and has to be return in packaging received in and in new condition. Well after keeping it I had to mark cover for directional purposes and blowing off the car serveral times due to no straps in front or back this would definitely change the newness so after fighting for weeks they agreed to send me a prepaid return label. I will not send back due to the cost (20%) and since I marked it up I can almost guarantee they will fight my return cost. So bottom line is I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Smooth process - wasn't quite fitted to my 2018 Equinox but works
The cover didn't come with the lock. Messaged customer service and they immediately took care of the situation.
I had to call multiple times to get the actual cover shipped. Once it arrived it ended up not being the right size so I returned it for an exchange. As it stands, a month later, I still do not have a cover for my boat. The cover itself appears to be well made but not having it is extremely disappointing.

They were amazing at helping to find the correct cover for my boat. The ordering process was quick and easy with my confirmation showing up a few minutes later. I received notice of the tracking number and when I inquired when the item would actually ship, I was told 'this afternoon or the next morning at the latest'. One day later, still showing that only the label had been created. When I inquired again, I got the same ' this afternoon or the next morning at the latest'. When I pushed and questioned them, the rep Will, became a bit rude. Another rep took over and told me it would ship by the end of the day. Beware, the company is in NY, but the actual warehouse is in California that all covers ship from. It seems like they have no visibility into what is being shipped and are unwilling to find out the correct answer.
