Great site, easy to use!
I sent an e-mail yesterday, 6-19-2020, to Customer Service about a problem I am having with the cover I purchased. Is this survey in response to my e-mail? It does not sound like it is.
I appreciate you letting me know about my shipping. When I received my package the box was smashed and repackaged. Also the bag that is for storing the cover is ripped.

Fast and efficient
Placing an order was easy. However, what you called a custom fit boat cover wasn't very custom at all. A very poor fit in my opinion as would have been like a balloon if I used it when towing. It was easy to return the cover, but getting my refund took for ever! I finally had to go through the NY Better Business Bureau who went to bat for me to get my money back! Hopefully this issue was due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and you were short staffed. But some kind of communication from you would have been nice as I did the online chat with your agents 4 different times about my refund with no results before resorting to using the BBB. I do wish the cover fit properly enough as I really like the material it was made of.

I need this cover by May 1st. If not I can't us it. I am leaving the car in storage and if the cover comes after that,I won't be here to use it.
The return went well but the 24 hour turn Around didn't work I had to call 3 times it was like they forgot me. And keeping me informed was not there.
The got part is the new cover fit very good if they would have listened to me in the beginning the first cover would have been right the first time.
