I place my warrant request on April 25 and you had my one one on the 29. On May 4th John told me my new one was leaving that day. Never came. I didn't ever receive a tracking number. I think I chatted with just about ever member of your team. I was told many times it was coming, but never did. I was told that you tried sending me two more, never came. Things went to heck in a hand basket then. I was told you couldn't find it, UPS couldn't find it and then Trina told me virus was the reason. Bay now I don't think anyone never what to do. Rest of story, many chatted for a week or so. It finally arrive on June 3rd. A full month from the first time I was told that it was leaving.

Ordering was easy and with the 15% discount and free shipping it appears to be a good deal. While its not advertised as a custom fit cover I did give them the exact boat size to include width and beam length so i was expecting it to be a little bit closer to a tighter fit. Seems a little big both at the bow and the stern. The overall quality of the cover appears strong and durable. Its mainly used to provided cover while the boat is on a lift in a boathouse. I'll have to see how well it straps down when I need to tow it, but overall the cover seems be made of good quality. Seams appear to be strong and well stitched so I'm hoping it doesn't rip when I take it on the road. Overall I'm pleased with this cover and hope it lasts longer (about 4 years) then the other cheaper covers I purchased.
Shipment was significantly delayed which I totally understand because of Covid related shipping issues, however, when I initially received an alert that the package was being shipped which it obviously wasn't. Multiple communications later I was told about the delay. I also received a notification on my package that my item might be different than originally ordered. This info came with the product I was not alerted previously-
