You should note how long standard shipping will take. I received the car cover on time and undamaged as promised but find the fit to be very loose for my car and realized that the cover I ordered is not at all tailored to fit my car specifically, but many cars of similar shape. I will continue to search for a more closely fitting cover so that when the wind is blowing the cover doesn't get inflated and allow the cover to flap onto the car's finish.

Only one option for my car, hope it stops hail as promised! After washing my car and making certain it was entirely dry, I put cover on. Two weeks later I took it off, the car looked great until I started driving. The soft interior of the cover left a film on my windshield and my rear window! It took quite a bit of winded and paper towels to finally clear it so I could drive safely. This film is also on the corners of my car as well. Definitely disappointed.

When my order arrived and I opened my box I was missing both motor covers, and the pole support frame, But I did get the actual boat cover. Had to call 5 or 6 times, send multiple emails, no response to emails so kept calling to be on hold 30 minutes or more to be told it has shipped or will ship but never actually shipped for over a month. I would have been fine with the error but the constant lies and multiple calls it took to get the rest of my order was ridiculous. There was no apology, it was terrible customer service.

This company is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with.DO NOT RECOMMENDED THEM.i called and asked what cover I needed they told me I ordered it.2 weeks later as my 2020 bennington is setting un covered I received the cover.i open it up go out put it on and it's nowhere close to fitting my boat.i email them they say ok box it up return it once we receive it we will send out right cover.i did that almost 3 weeks later as my boat sets uncovered again.i finally receive it with no email it was coming nothing.anyways I open it go put it on it's so big I can cover 2 pontoons.i now am very frustrated, I call there like our shipping dept made a mistake box it up and send it back.so guess what I box it up to send back to receive email stating we dont have a cover to fit your boat if u like we will charge you 20% restocking fee or the cover is yours.PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE THEY DONT HAVE THE RIGHT COVER!
