The delivery was very good. I mistakenly ordered a cover designed for a kayak for my rowboat. My boat is too wide for the cover. I returned the cover for a partial refund. The website could be improved with better pictures of each type of cover. I asked a follow up question that has not been answered. Would the cover sold for Jon boats work for my Gloucester Gull light dory? Seal Skin has not answered.

My original order was delayed, apparently due to the item being out of stock. I was sent a replacement motorcycle cover that was larger than the one I ordered, but it works fine. I was subsequently sent an additional cover of the same type. I am prepared to return it if I receive shipping instructions.
First do not expect a firm delivery date, my cover came in 3 weeks.
Cover was about 6 inches narrower on the bow and about 2 feet to long on the back.
The shape of it was not even close to the shape of the ski jet. I sent it back the same day i received
And never got a replacement.
After many e-mails i got refunded 80% of the price
They said restocking fee.
For what?

Nobody answer the phone for customer service waiting time more than 40 minutes

THE FIRST ONE THEY SENT WAS WAY TOO BIG FOR MY CAR.

I could never get anyone from customer service on the phone. I received my new cover over a month ago without even knowing it was coming. I still don't know if you guys want the old cover or not.
Issue was resolved very quickly and missing cover was sent right away. Happy with both the covers and would do business seal skin covers again.
This process is slow and not focused on granting customer satisfaction. An offer for $10 discount was made and yet can't be used for warranty processing? I need the replacement cover now!
Results: no service and took over 8 weeks for warranty replacement original unit only lasted 7 months before it deteriorated and split. Replacement cover doesn't properly fit.
I had to reorder this car cover because of my mistake when I placed the 1st order for a Mercedes Benz 230, which, when I covered the car didn't completely cover the front or rear of the car, license plate was visible. After 6 months of feeling frustrated decided to reorder 320 clk and expecting delivery soon. Now I will list the 1st cover on Offer Up to sell it at a discount.
