After I recieved my car cover I put it on and found out there is no hole for the antenna. I thought being custom made for this car it would have one.
Received a totally different product and color that I ordered, I sent it back for an exchange and they still sent the wrong item and then charged me a 20% restocking fee to return.
Fast and easy. I would like to return the car cover that I had ordered for my 2013 Mercedes Benz 350ML. After just one day of placing the car cover, the grommets on both sides of the cover tore under moderate wind conditions which resulted in the car cover blowing off the vehicle. I am requesting a replacement car cover under warranty conditions.

Quality is very good but would have liked a better fit on the car.
The cover is starting to come apart at the left front seams. I noticed this about 2 weeks ago. Barely used!
Easy and convenient
I bought 2 of these "so called" fitted car covers. They are generic covers. Multiple cars under a few part numbers. They were not even marked for which car the cover fitted, just 2 different part numbers. Plenty of stickers to warn you not to put the shipping bag over your head or you will suffocate, but nothing about what car it was for. They are not even marked which end goes to the front. One fits loose the other one fits tighter, but by no means is it fitted. You can buy generic covers from eBay or Amazon for half the price. Tried to contact them through chat option with no response. Don't let the fancy ads fool you.

I didn't get what I ordered. This cover doesn't meet my standards. This looks like something I'd get from Walmart. Not 150$ worth of product. I can't even find the hole for my antenna, was expecting a rubber grommet for the antenna to make it easier to find let alone a tag that said Front or Back. The pictures given aren't enough
It took forever to get my cover. I kept contacting them and was told because of the covid it was taking longer but I was not told this when I ordered the car cover. Also the cover is not at all what I wanted. It will work but I don't love it.
The cover doesn't fit correctly. Please fix this problem ASAP. I have a 1992 seadoo xp. The handle bar location on the cover is incorrect. *******556

Excellent on line chat help; easy order process; quick delivery. Working well in SW FL heat and rain, provides protection I want.
Ordered two months ago, still hasn't shipped. Get tracking info email but when I go to the UPS tracker, they still haven't received it. Last label was created June 5. Frustrating not to know what is going on or when it will be shipped. If not soon, need refund.
Once it arrived, doesn't fit all that well. For a custom cover, I expected to fit over handle bars as my Yamaha covers have in the past. It really isn't a custom cover at all, just the right width and (barely) length.
Got wrong cover at first. It took quite awhile to get a replacement cover but they did get the right one to me
Had to return the boat cover because I couldn't get it on the boat. The fit was great, but I can only access my boat from 2 sides due to the shared slip I'm in. So I couldn't get to the back and other side. The product is actually excellent quality and a great fit. I am also 70 years old, so a younger person could probably do better with it even if access was blocked somewhat.
