Had to call a couple of times and was told 2 different reasons the cover had not been shipped. It finally arrived but over a month from time it was ordered. The cover is an excellent product.
They have great products, but terrible customer service and willing to be flexible. Need a new cover, but will be shopping elsewhere even though we liked their product.

Quick delivery. Covers ordered for a challenger, charger and civic. All year 2020. All covers way to big. Cars still get wet under cover. Thank a God hasn't hailed yet. Don't know if this cover will provide any protection since it gets wet under cover. Snaps too short to clip on under cars. One strap tore right off. Straps need set prior to shipping then customer should be able to adjust. All I can do with covers is pretty much lay on top of cars. Wouldn't purchase again. Better covers, and quality out there at a 3rd of the price.

Update: cover received and happy. Only issue is that I ordered a cover for a Volvo XC90 and the cover appears that it would fit a Cadillac SUV much better. More specifically the cover seems to have room to support higher tail lights. That said it works and stays on but the cover sags at the top rear.

Excellent quality, poor customer service. I called to confirm my order and have it changed. Spoke with Customer Service and was assured that my problem was addressed. Fast forward to delivery and, of course, they messed up the order. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM! Why have customer support/service if they are useless anyway?

Rob was great in helping me find what I needed and very patient with my inexperience in boat needs! He waited for me to go measure my boat and helped me get just what I needed.
Even though we searched for the cover by make/model of our boat, it is quite a bit too big. We had to buy poles to put under the cover to keep rain from pooling on top of it.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them. I won't ever again. Ridiculous can't speak to anyone other than online.
