They sent me a defective cover and said they would take it back in exchange for a new cover. They sent me a return label to send it back and when I went to ship it had expired. Now they say I'm outside the warrant coverage? Seriously all I want is what I paid for.
I would like to share my experience with SEAL SKIN customer service. I have contacted customer service with the PICTURES, MEASUREMENTS, and TAG off of the boat cover and have explained my situation in full detail as requested. I have e-mailed several times and get generic responses. SO I take my time out to call customer service and got laughed at and hung up on when asking for a supervisor. I would am truly mistaken and highly disappointed by this company at this point. We spent the extra money on the better cover and was very happy with the quality. That being said you could wrap our boat with the cover because it is too big. The issue at this point is that I called in this am to get an update on when we were going to get another cover. The rep that hung up on me told me that we had 14 days to return this cover after receiving the return label which this e-mail has no instructions about this. Then the rep hung up on me when asking for a manager which indicates this is a poor company to deal with.

Ordered a cover, was too small for my 2019 Dodge Charger GT. Returned stating that it was too small and did not cover the whole car. The next one was sent and is still not enough to cover the whole car. Decided to just make due. With everything going on, there was no interaction with customer service. Just a difficult situation.

1st cover did not fit the jet ski, return was simple and quick, 2nd cover was out of stock so it took much longer than I would have liked but it arrived and fit as expected. I gave the SKU # of my old cover in order to get the correct size. Need to do better with specific size required for different jet ski's. Satisfied customer now.

I bought this as a gift It is too small for our boat. It is 17 foot Polar 2000 but with a higher console than I found. There for it does not fit and I would like to exchange it for a larger cover. I followed all the directions to get it replaced but after an email came stating they would send instructions on how to return and a return address however it never came as the reply stated. This is the 3 rd time I have tried to find out how to return and replace it. Maybe this will get me the response I am looking for without having to pay a higher price or another price.
