I received my car cover on time. It was exactly right for my car. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the antenna patch kit, padlock, and locking cable were missing. A quick call to the shipper and problem solved. Within a few days the missing items were delivered. Great product and great customer service!

I have received the replacement cover because the first one did not fit, the second Is over 3 feet too long. I sent in pictures twice but have not heard back on a resolution.
My order was delayed due to COVID-19 After several attempts To inquire about my order, I was pleased to have customer service represented find and ship my items. They arrived in excellent condition and met most of my expectations. My SeaDoo covers fit well. The only drawback was they were generic and did not have mirror pockets.

First...my covers went to c
Colorado Springs and were delivered(lost) there. I have no idea where that address came from. I had to talk and call back to actually get someone to check. My CC was charged and after a week or so they finally arrived in a bag. The ML 350 cover fit the best. The 320e sedan cover is way too wide. I had to replace the cheap little plastic locks with metal combos.
Not exactly the 'best' cover out there in my opinion.
No intro or instruction sheets with the covers...nothing.
We shall see how they hold up.

Waiting to see how delivery goes. Item was received timely but did not fit, despite choosing from the list for the correct boat. I did return the item and went several weeks without update on status. It was nice to not pay for return shipping, but would have preferred more update of new cover being sent. The new cover did come in about 14 days later and fit well. Product is very good and we are happy with it.
