I ordered two different covers for my Corvette and my BMW, I received two identical covers. The covers(both) were for the BMW, which is to short for the Corvette. I should also note that I have the exact same manufacturer covers on these two cars that are 3 1/2yrs old. These older covers from the same manufacturer are a perfect semi custom fit. The older Corvette cover is much different than the new one I ordered/received and paid for. I keep receiving emails from you but so far no resolution! You have sent me two ES-3's and as I have stated previously that is not the same older cover SKU. I understand there is a pandemic going on. I understand they are made in China. I also understand that there has been delays on materials and shipments. I would like to return this ill fitting cover and receive my money back. There are plenty of Corvette only suppliers that sell the same covers.

I have been looking for years for a cover to fit my rare car. Had great help online, but the item was VERY LARGE - when it was supposed to be made exactly for my 1987 Zimmer Quicksilver. Great item in shedding water and protecting the car, JUST TOO MUCH MATERIAL... Covers car to the ground all the way around the car.
Incorrect size has been sent. I want one that fits a Sedona L21 ft Pontoon, not one that would fit 25 ft or more.I put the cover on pontoon boat but did not fit Was told that it could not be returned except in original condition and packaging. Would not give credit in any form

Where my order?
Easy to order but takes forever to receive. Chatted with rep online several times before calling and getting the run around as to why it had been 6 weeks and still no cover. Assured it would be shipped that week. Next week call again only to find out that now the order was lost. Yes I got the cover and yes it fits and works fine. No I will not recommend you nor purchase from you again! After being in the automotive industry for over 40 years and dealing with after market vendors all of those years yours may be the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced...
