Your Company lacks customer service... You can NEVER speak with a customer service agent only sales people. Why am I getting this email...I returned both covers as they were not as advertised, you don't use plastic for a covering in FL it will ruin your paint. You include a bag for the cover, and once you unwrap the cover, it would never go into that little bag you sent. I went back to California Car Covers, whom I have used for years with all my car covers, Their pricing for basic covers is the same as yours, just much better quality. I was doing a search and your Company tagged me. I have received refunds for both covers, and sorry to say I would never recommend your Company. Real world or not, you still have to be able to speak with a REAL person verses on line through email.

Good so far. It doesn't fit as well as his previous cover did but it is long enough and wide enough to cover his whole truck.
Could use some way to hold it down, keeps blowing off. Otherwise I am happy with it.
The cover I purchased was suppose to be blue they sent it in red. Reached out and the responded we can give you 15% refund due to inconvenience and I requested to send me the blue one I own a blue jet ski. And did not hear from since

"Hassle free exchanges, guaranteed to fit" LIES! The cover they sent me was at least 12" short to fitting my jet ski, I just wanted them to send me the correct fitting cover, which they guarantee in their purchase. I didn't want my money back, I didn't want to keep the original cover... I just wanted the cover they guaranteed. They said nope... no returns, refunds, exchanges.
Ordering was quick and easy. Warranty is best I found for Jet Ski covers. These did fit our Polaris Freedom Jetskis, but some reinforcement in the area where they go over the hand grips would be beneficial

Customer service informed me that my order was back ordered and asked if I wanted to wait on the back order or be refunded. I asked for a refund and instead got a notice that my item was being shipped.

So far so good. Should have an email and phone number for contact with company. Also the multiple touch points is confusing and alienating.
I placed my order on 6/5 and as of today 6/15 its still not shipped, finally got the cover.
