I got a message that my shipment is on it's way it it has not shipped
I was hard to get a straight answer on a shipping date. I was told x number of buimsiness days. But after that number of days I was told the same answer. 6 to 10 business days turned i to 20 days
I like the product but customer service was medium.
The first boat cover I received was too big. The return process was not very smooth. The second boat cover fit perfect, but the return plus receipt of the new cover took a little over a month!
Found what I wanted and got a great price. Hoping the quality of the product is good.

I gave you all the directions and size of the boat. The cover you sent me was way too large. I sent it back and cancelled the order. You refunded me the money, but then strangely another cover arrived - also too big. Since I believe in paying people for their labour, I again paid you for the second (or perhaps it was the original I do not know as both were the wrong size) cover. Basically, I gave up trying to deal with you and in the spring I will have a canvas maker alter the cover to properly fit. I certainly would not recommend you to anyone after all this.

I tried my cover a few days late i guess... i received a cover for my birthday and i tried to put it on the car... not even close to fitting... and was built very poorly. I contacted them and they said they would not exchange it or give my money back because it was past 30 days... lots of people have had the same thing happen. Check them out on the better buisness bureau site... no one likes this horrible company. DO NOT PURCHASE
Cover was fitted for my pwc but didn't fit. Sent back and sent another unfitted cover that fit okay. It took one month from my return of first cover until the new cover arrived. Very little communication received during process. Experience was acceptable but just average.

My order was incorrect and the company refused to make it right. Finally took a discount and just made do with what they sent. Really, how hard is it to send a gray cover? First one was Blue, second was tan. Refused to send the gray as ordered. Offered me a refund, minus a 20% 'restocking fee'. I did try to speak to someone in authority, but that is apparently against company policy. Go figure.
