The fit and finish were exactly what I was looking for, after getting a different brand cover that I picked for my exact boat that one could have fit a boat twice mines size. Prices were very reasonable and delivery was exactly on time.

Took a little longer than normal to get my cover. Sent in requesting an update via the website and didn't get any response.

I placed an order on 5/30, and it is now 6/21 and have not received my cover. I have t asked with Customer Service twice, and sent an I query from the link. On each occasion I was told that I would receive a status update. I I've not heard one word from Seal Skin. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I have never seen such poor customer service.
I called three times and each representative said the shipping dept would get in contact with me, never happened. Twice told it would happen by the end of the day. Tried to cancel the order and could not. I felt the agent(s) should have been able to put me hold, call shipping and get an answer but all they all wanted to do was fill out a form. Took forever to get the cover, weeks!
Like the 2 free things im getting,if it protects you say it will be all good. I hope it gets to me in a timely manner,wanna try it out asap.
I made a warranty claim on my new cover. Had to wait two months for them to be ready to ship it. Then They want me to pay shipping for the replacement cover. They sell you a defective product and then charge what they call a warranty processing fee. If I had known that's how they do business, I would have purchased from someone else. Their price was lower than others now I know why. You get what you pay for
I order two boar covers on June 15. One came Immediately the other we had not recieved on July 15th. I tried calling cusromer service 4 times only to be on hold over over an hour each time. My sone finally got through and the order was shippedand arrived July 27th. During this time I tried to track my package, the label was printed but it did not move for over a month. Dont blame it on the virus because one came through immediatly. We do have both of our covers at this time. Thank you.
Easy and fast ordering!
GOOD PROMPT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Far from it. First my order was sent to N.C., I live in Montana, after that the tracking number you provided me was incorrect. Every time I called I got the recording to call customer service, I called them and was told I would get a return call. Right figure the odds. Order finally showed up on my porch.
Product was not as described online and all advertisements including facebook, contacted customer service with NO positive response.
Not happy with the design. No hole for the antenna.
Cable and lock was pretty disappointing. Had to have several contacts before getting it and ice I got it is it was sort of sad.
Easy to follow and find what I was looking for.
It was a nice cover. I expected a much better fit. I have to tie it down in the front back and sides.
