Briefly: I purchased a cover for my Maserati in March 2020 (It was their top of the line w10 year warranty) I did not use the cover until July an when I did, it leaked from the trunk to the hood. The entire top of my car was wet after the storm. Also, the cover tore from 15MPH wind. When I tried to return the product, their customer service first denied the warranty, stating that the warranty does not cover tears. 4 months later, I have paid for the shipping to return the old cover and shipping for the new cover. They finally approved the warranty but I will never suggest that anybody purchase from this company. They are a hassle if there is any issue. Do yourself a favor... buy from another compan,
So far so good online shopping is not always what it's cracked up to be the cover dose not fit completely over the bumpers that is my only complaint so far. 2014 Dodge Challenger.

I received what I ordered.
Received a cover that didn't fit after giving the company my car's year make and model. When needed to return it I was charged a restocking fee despite they were the ones who chose the size to send me. I didn't want to let them send me a different size because I didn't believe it would fit so I ended up ordering a custom cover.
Very disappointing transaction with your company. Poor service and communication. Covid is no excuse for poor communication. You should have MORE time to pay attention to customers.
