Tryed calling after I ordered to correct spelling of my street. Said it was too late and just the next day. Hope it gets to me otherwise I will be disputing charges. Could not ever get to a real person. Just sent message through ur message program on website. Every time I call for real person stuck on hold.
Product is awesome. Only problem was color i ordered was out of stock and they did not tell me until I called and ask about it not being shipped.
Once I talked to someone, they helped me and sent out a different color.
I think I was mislead about when my item was actually shipped when I called customer service. I will never buy anything else from these people. Not going into details just very dissatisfied with the whole deal.

Need better and more prompt communication. I emailed twice asking about delivery, since it did not deliver according by the expected date at time at order. First it took several days for a response. The response was non-committal on delivery. With the excuse being COVID related and hopeful estimated delivery. My next email a week later was never responded to. However, I did receive the order that very same day. Very poor communication and followup.
Shopping was very easy. Called your 800 number for proper size of Jet Ski cover since our machine is a three seater and the gentleman gave me a lot of help
Did not receive the advertised free cable and lock with cover. Not a life ending event but highly disappointing.

Fast and secure checkout
Easy to find product that I wanted. The cover fit was loose and will probably hold water in some areas.
I had to reorder once for some unknown reason. My cover sat waiting to be picked up by UPS for several weeks. I was told that the cover I was getting was for my boat with a swim ladder. It was 2 feet too long so I believe it was sized for a swim platform not a swim ladder. I have not been able to talk with a customer service rep about returning this cover to get a correct size. Hope I will be pleased with end result but it has been a whole summer ordeal at this point.

Bought a cover for my i8. Noticed hundreds of bad reviews so I changed my mind. Did not even open the shipping package, went to return it and was told that I would be charged 20% "restocking and cleaning fee." I told Eddy in CS that I would pay for shipping and that there's no need for cleaning.as I hadn't opened the package. Eddy said that it was company policy and they had to keep the 20%. I asked for Management contact information. Eddy refused to give me any.
