Had cover on when some small walnuts dropped off of tree causing approx. 3 dimples in hood. Had to have hood repaired.

I called customer service because I had not received my item. They found there had been a miscommunication with the warehouse. The issue was resolved and I got my cover two days later

My Tesla Model 3 cover had NO air vents in the front where the intake is for the cooling system. Luckily we wAlked outside and heard the system laboring to take air in. You need to modify your cover! We cut holes in ours.
