Cover did not fit. Currently waiting on response to send proper cover.
Online ordering was easy, and I received my confirmation, but then I received another email telling me that the cover was still in my cart and offering me a larger discount than I originally received. When I called customer service I was told my cart was Indeed empty. I also had to call customer service regarding shipping 2-3 times. First time I was told my order had shipped and was given a tracking number that didn't work. I followed up again and was told that my order hadn't shipped yet. A few days later when I still hadn't received correct shipping information, I was about to call again, and the order was received. Very frustrating!

Just a little slow on the shipping,(Understandable with cover-19) so I contacted support to check on status.
It took nearly a month for my order to be received, seems my order was misplaced in shipping. I contacted Sealskin after waiting two weeks with no info on when my order was to ship. I was then contacted and told my order got held up in and would ship within the next 7 to 10 and I would receive an additional 10% discount for the delay.
I understand how things can go wrong especially with the Covid-19 situation, the covers exceed my expectations and were well worth the wait and I will use Sealskin again when I need another cover.
Quality was very poor compared to what is described and when returned we were charged a restock fee even though no repacking had to be done and we never used it as the quality was so poor. Cannot speak to anyone on the telephone either, only by delayed emails. Would not do business with this company again.
It's been great so far will see how it goes when I receive the cover. It took way to long to get my cover and multiple phone calls and emails to get the cover. After several weeks it arrived and is working out fine.

Thanks...I order a cover for a Cougar XR-7...it was damaged or lost by Fed Ex or UPS, I cannot remember which, but I know it was outside of Boston somewhere...after a week or two of not receiving the cover I used the tracking feature and found out about the loss or damage...I can only expect thatthe shipping agent told the company but they never called me...I called them twice and also wrote 2 or 3 emails...finally someone emailed me and the reshipped and I finally received the order...it took about 5-6 weeks...my BIGGEST PROBLEM was them NOT calling me back or answering my emails...I finally made contact by using the WEB site and wrote of the chat feature, which took forever but finally someone answered...try calling the company and you get to push 1 for new order and 2 for customer service...they NEVER answered even after 1/2 hour and I timed them as I pt them on the speaker phone...Thanks Rich Schneider

I had significant difficulties with one of your competitors (Car Covers). These folks were rude and condescending; certainly not customer oriented. -- We could not work out a deal to buy-up for a better cover. -- We reached a point in our email exchange where they blocked any further communications. Really?
Well, I still have their cover, bought and paid for. I will probably give to one of my BMW Car Club members, if they will take it...
So forgive me if I am a bit tentative. When I get your car cover, examine it, and put it on my car, I shall see. Having said that, at least you are 'talking' to me. -- I wish to be optimistic about this purchase and your company. -- Stay well.

The cover was replaced due to fitting issues...received the new cover and the fit is better, however, the cover doesn't seem to be designed for my make and model car...the new cover is still very 'sloppy'.
