Overall, a good experience. Some confusion on my part about what discount code to use. Then, that was quickly cleared up via the chat mode, which 8thought was cool. Then the code was delayed in being accepted. Left the site cause I had stuff to do, but when I came back the code problem had been solved and I was able to then place my order. Thanks
One problem, the free stuff that was supposed to be added to the order never came. The storage bag, lanyard cable and lock were supposed to come with this order and have not been recieved.

Easy shopping, wish I could have seen the 15% off coupon prior to placing my order
First order was incorrect size for fitting the motorcycle even though it as ordered correctly according to the options on your website. Went through the process of returning and getting a larger size cover. When cover received for the second time it was still not an acceptable fit for the motorcycle. Returned and received a refund (minus the re-stock fee).
Nothing in the original order from the website claimed these sizes were only close fit and not custom fit. The verbiage I received was these covers were approximate fit. Even the 2nd cover was not acceptable. I don't agree with the restock fee especially since the original advertisement did NOT state these cover fits were close to custom fit but not actuall fit.

I received the truck cover. Its was way too big. It's also defective. It was ripped when I open it up. I tried to called the company many times but gave up cause they won't answer the customer call. They sure answer right away if you going to order the products! Be ware of the return policy. They charge 30% on restocking fee! I would never ever buy from this company again! I will tell all my friends and family about this! I don't understand why everyone give them 5 stars reviews! Be Ware!

Poor customer service...poor...unresponsive for days at a time
No problems helpful staff...sent the same covers for both cars...cover for Kia sx way too large...Toyota Corolla fits nice...after confirming several times with staff I would have the covers needed for both cars I received the same covers...otherwise covers are nice...Kia cover is livable though need to find clamps to keep on car.In windy weather...disappointed but dealing with it...
