Online chat was great to be sure I get the correct cover for my boat. I was accidentally sent a cover that was too big. Contacted them and was sent a return label and soon thereafter the correct cover was at my door. Absolutely no complaints from me.

Terrible customer service. After trying for several days and being placed on hold for extended periods and once being disconnected I finally gave up the phone and used chat feature. I wanted to return the cover I purchased because it is not going to work like I was hoping. I was told because it was past 30 days I couldn't return the cover. I was two days past the 30 day limit when I first tried contacting them. They wouldn't budge, I offered to send it back for a partial refund but nope. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told it's wouldn't matter they would give me the same answer. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Updates on order status where inaccurate and hard to get - item was listed as 'in stock' and then it had to be back ordered - no delivery time could be given - order sat at your shipping department for days before it was shipped out and this was after the delay for the back order - veri dissatisfied with my overall experience with your company

For the price, they are good. They don't seem to repel the water as I expected. I store inside most of the time. They get used while camping.

Site was very easy to use. Products look well made. Can't wait for my sealskin corvette cover to arrive. My vette is always garaged. However when I bring it to my camp it is not. Which is why I purchased it.
I paid for 2 day shipping but it got sent regular Free ground. I txt'ed with co they said they would refund but when asked he got snippy and ended chat session! I wanted the cover before the 4th of July but now I do not know when I will get it. Sorry for bad feedback but have not received product but have bad feeling
