Ordering, payment and delivery were easy, however, I got this as a gift and somehow the receiver was notified of the delivery even though this company was not provided that information. The cover that I purchased even though it was ordered for a specific 2004 C5 Corvette is so big the car swims and has a very little string and 3 grommets.

Your trying to add additional items to the order. The cleaning cloths are are cheap and be purchased cheaper at Walmart or eBay with better quality.
Have one for my 39 Plymouth and love it, so I got one for my 65 Ford Galaxy convertible. Gotta keep my ladies safe..

Great. The cover for my truck was just longer than I would consider fitting as it should. I contacted Seal Skins with the problem. They sent me a return address label and urged me to return the cover for a replacement. The replacement has been received. As of yet I haven't taken the time to try the new one on the truck. It's actually more than a one person job and my wife has been ill.
I'm not really happy with the cover when it rains the cover falls in the boat the straps don't hold up
Love the cover fits great and keeps the yruck clean and protected from the Texas weather.

Website was easy to use and to find what I needed. When I had questions I called and was told they were not open at the time so I sent an online inquiry and never heard back. I had questions about installing the cover and how to properly use the included straps. There are no instructions included. The cover looks nice and is very water proof but does not really fit my boat very well. I tried to travel with the cover on but it kept blowing off. In storage whenever it rains the bow and cockpit areas of the cover sunk into the boat and fill with water. I am no longer using the cover.
I have called you and you hung up on me. Called back and you said you would call me back, never happened. You sent the wrong cover for my trike. I am very upset for no one caring enough to get this fixed.
I have three covers from sealskin - this one is completely inferior to the first two that we supposed to be of same grade and quality. Doesn't fit vehicle as described. Last product I will buy from SSC and would not recommend.

Still waiting (22 days) for the cover I ordered at the first of June. Finally delivered over 4 weeks after I paid and numerous emails and chats on your site and promises of "it will ship tomorrow".
I received an email on June 18th saying my order has shipped. I tried to track it and says it is waiting to be shipped. No other communication since. I tried a CHAT today and inquired about my order. They replied and said wait a moment. That was 30 minutes ago. I want my cover. Tell me something! Order #*******228
Oh by the way I have never delt with worse customer service. This will be the last time I ever deal with your company and will advice everyone I know to do the same. I did finally receive my order, weeks late, and now you send me an email asking if I received it. You didn't even get the order month correct in your email.

After having the cover for a few weeks, the fit is not that accurate and the cover has torn at the seams in some places.
Horrible my order has been shipped to another state. I was told ti make contact with the delivery company as if I had made a mistake on my own address.

I tried for over three months trying to get a replacement cover and I finally received 13 August 2020. After numerous email and finally in July some finally got it right. I love the product and will buy again.
