Totally satisfied with the service and timely delivery of product.
I am happy with my order, I just wish it didn't take so long to get it. I was told they were investigating me that my order wasn't fraud when I called. They couldn't tell me why. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone from the fraud department and I was told they will call you if needed, you can't call them. So not happy with customer service. Super happy with the piece I got.

Cashiers check held 3-5 days to clear, in their reciept email to me 20th. I email them the 28th?, "ohhh my we're just so busy" shipping expected in 6-8 days.? From the original date or some date in their planned scheme? Basement level sacmming within the law. No honor whatsoever. Read about their multiple cancelation scams here and elsewhere. I have the email reciept and communications, but am not posting that data online.

I have 2 orders and ******* is charging 4% if uses credit card. The market price is
$1982 and grand total becomes $2132. I thought I was paying $2050 something and the check out did not warn you or anything. The first order is not arrived yet and you can't do anything about it. You can't cancel because they charge you Cancellation fees are calculated as 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss. They make sure you pay.

The credit, debit, and Paypal pricing is advertised on every product page in the pricing grid while browsing. This is also visible when you are selecting payment method on the order review page prior to placing the order.
This payment structure is identical to all bullion dealers in the precious metals industry, and is not specific to our company. We offer a cash discount price because the cost to process a credit transaction is often as much as the profit would be. This is due to the fees from credit card companies and the expense of fraud prevention systems that are unfortunately very necessary in this industry.

If shipment is lost you will wait two months to get made whole. They don't care. Use coin shop,safer. Update: 3/28/23. Thanks for the canned response CEO of SD Bullion. If you had checked, I have been waiting since my original order on 2/8/2023. I responded to all your company "fully insured shipment" requests for information, notarized forms on the same day I received them via email. What you didn't explain in your review response for people to see is a customer (my personal experience) will wait one week while you let the shipper investigate. Then the request for insurance form comes and the insurance process starts. I asked your customer service rep on the phone the same day they received my faxed, notarized form how long it will be, he stated the longest he has seen a claim take is 30 days. Now you tell me it always takes 30 days. I called on 3/15, the customer service rep told me it was scheduled to ship on 3/27. Next week on 3/22 I got an email saying that my original items were out of stock, did I want a refund or take generics. I responded back the same day saying send the generics. Rachel said she would get that sent over to get taken care of. Now due to unprecedented demand my email gets an automated reply that i will get a response in 24 - 48 Business Hours. If thats not a typo from ZenDesk, that 3 - 6 business days. I called this morning and due to unprecedented demand after 15 minutes of waiting the customer is told by message there is nobody available to take their call and try email.
I understand your problems with the demand but how about some priority for a long time customer who has been waiting through no fault of their own for their product that they got charged for over six weeks ago. That's my frustration and what people need to know before they use online dealers. Maybe more selection but when this happens is it worth it? And people, if their insurance company decides that maybe you got your package, not as clearly stolen or lost as mine was, do you think you will ever see your thousands of dollars? Fully insured just like your house and car doesn't mean the insurance company is going to pay up due to exclusions and limitations. Tyler if you respond to this again, please tell me you personally had order ******* re-shipment expedited. I will update again to let folks know what happened.

SD Bullion is my primary source to purchase my gold and silver. As a family man, I do allocate money into precious metals as a savings. My money seems to disappears as quick as I get it. Dental work on the wife, kids dorm in college, new transmission on my truck, and the rent and all the bills. So with all that if I don't try to put some away, I will have nothing for the future. Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Our current ship times, as advertised on our website, are as follows:
Once received, e-check, personal check, money order and cashier's check take 3-5 business days to process through our accounting system. After that, it usually takes orders 6-8 business days to process through the shipping queue due to high order volume but could take slightly longer.
Thus, the total time from when payment is received to when the order leaves the fulfillment center is generally 10-12 business days. When your order is ready to ship out of the fulfillment center, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.
