I have placed two orders with SD Bullion. The latest placed on 3/13 still has not be shipped as of 3/27. The first order took two weeks to arrive. I will not use SD unless a sale is too good to pass up.

Our mail carrier tried to steel my silver because he could feel it through the soft packaging you sent it in. I confronted him in the street and he lied about having it. It was in his bag the whole time. He felt the weight of it and the shape and decided it was something to keep so when he stopped at our house to deliver it he simply kept it in his bag. He eventually gave in and gave it to me. He no longer works for the USPS. A slightly oversized cardboard box might be better to send it in. I'm afraid to order anymore now.
Always a good experience with The Doc. Order was accurate and I was kept informed on shipping info.

First of all, I appreciate the easy to navigate website. I knew what the spot price was and the premium before I ordered. Dealing with some companies in the past that information was not clear. The price locked in at the time of order and did not change. To keep the price as low as possible we decided to send a paper check and to receive via USPS. This took a little longer, but we were not in a hurry. The whole process worked beautifully! Thank you for the great service!

Jumped on a chance to get into the silver market. Received an exceptionally packaged silver bar that was of great quality. Will definitely order again
I placed an order with SD mon 3/20 and sent a wire thru Bof A rt away. It says money has to be recieved 1-2 days after the order is placed. I was out of town but called my back later that weekend to see if my wire transfer went through. They couldnt find it. I figured my first order was expired so i placed another order, not only paying the higher price but also doubling my order. I again wired the money again. That one went through. I called to explain to Birch what happened and they threatened me and said i have to either pay 35 cancellation fee or the full order amount of the first order. Heck of a way to thank people for their business and their persistence to do biz with their company. I spoke to Frank, the customer service manager and he refused to let me speak to his manager, refused to give me his full name and refused to give me his employee ID number. He would not give me someone above him to speak with.

They push the "2 day" FedEx shipping but take 3-4 days to process. They charged me immediately then sent me an email saying that my order will not ship till next month on an item that shows "available" online. Garbage

Electronic check: 3-5 business days
Personal check: 3-5 business days, once received
Credit Card/Paypal: 24-48 business hours

Purchased Canadian Maple Leafs on 3/15/2023. Two days later I purchased some additional silver items on JMBullion. On 3/22/2023 I received my purchase from JMBullion!
I called customer non service at SDBullion on 3/23/2023 and was told my order will go in the shipping que in one or two days. I told him I would like to cancel my order for lack of timely service and he said fine but there is $145.00 fee for canceling my order! I said no way, and he argued with me and I said why are you charging me when SDBullion has not delivered in a timely basis… He basically said that how it is because I supposedly agreed to their terms and conditions when I purchased the items.SDBullion is a complete JOKE……
Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy from anyone but SDBULLION!

It took SD Bullion one month to send me my purchase. I called up several times and received a different excuse everytime I called. I had to reach out to my bank about how they took my money and never sent me my purchase. Don't buy from this company they are thieves. Buy your precious metals from.APMEX. I hate SD Bullion because they are crooks.

I have bought silver bars from many online retailers. A friend recommended SD and their prices were excellent. I paid by check so I wouldn't have to pay for credit card fees. Paid $1.89 over spot for a 100 OZ bar. With processing and check clearing, it arrived at my house this morning. So 10 days from purchase to free delivery. I'll be buying a lot from them from now on.
First 1 oz. Gold coin I have purchased. I'm happy with the purchase. I wish processing could be quicker but I understand verification of pmt is part of doing business on the internet. I also understand at this point in time precious metals are in high demand due to bank failures and high inflation. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
