I ordered some silver coins and bars as I was pleased with the prices but unfortunately it took over 3 weeks to receive. I contacted your customer service department to see what the status was given a vague answer that the order was marked to ship. When it did ship I was sent a tracking number. I had paid for a two day shipment and that took 3 days. FedEx showed it was scheduled to deliver one day but delivered the following day. I did receive an email from you saying why the delay but that was two weeks into the order. I was disappointed with the whole process with your company. Other companies are being up front and alerting customers to delays. Something that you didn't do. I am ready to place another order but don't have much confidence that it would be a smooth and timely transaction. I left a two star review as the coins and bars were very nice.
Shopping is easy. Ships right to your door. Love it!
The price was unbeatable, and all though it took longer then I expected, It was worth every penny. Keep sending me deals I can't refuse!

This was my third order from SD Bullion and each has been a great experience. While this particular order took significantly longer than the last two, SD Bullion did an admirable job explaining the reasoning for the delay prior to my placement of the order. They set the expectation and then met that expectation accordingly.

I ordered $600 in silver it showed up 4 days late I didn't think I was even gonna recieve my item I got ahold of sd bullion and they made it seam like it was my fault I have ordered 20 times with only 1 problem but sometimes that's all it takes to lose a great customer

I used SD Bullion for my first silver purchase. I did not complete my order when I was on the site my first time and when I went back into the site I could not find my order so I placed another order AND PAID FOR IT. Today over a month later I got a bill in the mail that I owe $1476.00. I called and was told I had a chance to pay the cancellation fee of $476. But since I didn't respond to emails or 2 calls they made to me I have to pay this fee. I would pay with no problem if
FIRST, I did not call their company looking for help to find my original order to complete and the rep on the phone did not explain anything about fees and their exorbitant 50% monthly charge if it's not paid.
AND SECOND, I DID PLACE an order and PAID FOR IT so they did get a sale.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are great taking your money but horrible in explaining their policies. Again I called them to help find my order and since they couldn't seem bothered to explain or look for my order I would not recommend them at all.

Cancellation fees are calculated as 5% of the order total or $35, whichever is greater, plus any applicable market loss. Every customer must agree to these terms prior to submitting their order, whether they place the order online or over the phone with an agent.

SD Bullion is consistently above the bar for price, service, and quality. I appreciate the acceptance of a check, updating the status of the order, and the follow up after every sale.
My order arrived in my mail box, secure, just like my previous purchases.
Tried to cancel order,was told not possible,your company didn't even have the stock to fill. Sent wire for full amount then received a call to say I need to send ten more dollars to receive order, not sure why but gave my card to finally get order over with.

The rush has just started and they are swamped. As a silver stacker you should have patience already. Good people. Wish they had stickers.
Everything went fairly smooth though shipping time was pretty long. One thing that was frustrating was USPS TRACKING I checked it everyday so I would be home when was shipped. The status never changed from the very first notice. I blame USPS for that. Next time I will use FedX. Items received were as described and package good.
One can only imagine what type of rush you guys had after a few banks collapsed. I ordered a day or two before the run on Gold and Silver. Thankfully my order was delivered recently after a few weeks of anticipation and worry. I also did not know that I would need to sign for the order from the post office on delivery. That was a comforting fact that someone wouldn't be able steal it off of the porch. The first time buyer Gold at spot was awesome as well. I will continue to buy from SD Bullion in the future. Although I received the items I ordered it was considerably later than advertised. SDB responded promptly to my email inquiring of the delay and my items were shipped shortly thereafter. I was encouraged to see a bible verse on the inside of the shipping box.

Great experience I ordered some precious metal.I had to pick it up at the post office which I Prefer.at the same time a Post Office Customer was Complaining about not Receiving is package the post office said Sir they were both Scaned and left in your mail box. They asked him was it Perscriptikns, because people will go through mail Boxes. In frustration he blurted out NO it was Gold. I did not stick around to hear the rest but walked out feeling happy about my order

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
