SD Bullion has the best prices but they need to work on response time on Customer Support. Made my order on a Thursday and on the same day made the wire transfer. It took them two days to confirm that they got the funds even though I've made a same day transfer, which left me feeling uneasy so I reached out to them via chat message which took them two days to reply me back. By that time I had already called them to ask about the status of my order. Got my order the following Thursday, over a week after I've made my order, so not bad.
I sent payment by bank wire transfer on 6/12/2018 to expedite the process. The shipment arrived on 6/23/2018. Why does it take 11 days to deliver?

SD bullion is one of a handful of highly reliable and trustworthy sellers of precious metals on the internet. I have ordered from them several times and their shipping time, packing quality, and policies are similar to other top-shelf internet dealers. They differ in one respect only: they don't offer free shipping. This means they can often have the lowest price around... you just have to do the math to see whether it's worth it ofter shipping. For larger orders it frequently is. I can recommend them.

Some of the fairest prices amongst most online bullion dealers. Quality is great, would just be better for free shipping on at least expensive or bulk purchases like many other online bullion dealers. If this was implemented, SD Bullion would probably have more of a leg-up on the competition.
