I have ordered numerous items from SD Bullion. I have never had an issue and the orders are always promptly and correctly shipped. I'm a very happy customer.
While I had a little difficulty with my prior order, but it was only a week. This order was on time.
One reason why I shop SD Bullion is because of the guarantee they offer on all there orders. After I wrote a email to the CEO he was very nice and paid for the return shipping on the gold buffalo that was dented and replaced it with another flawless beautiful 1oz gold buffalo. So SD Bullion made good on there guarantee and I was very thankful that the CEO took time out of his day to respond to my email and have that setup for me. I will continue to buy with them since that happened, hopefully it doesn't happen again. Thank you Mr Wall!
SD Bullion had been my go to for all large purchases of silver and now gold but after receiving a bad gold order and dealing with there customer service I will not be using SD Bullion for future orders if they don't stand behind the product they sell. A 1oz gold buffalo i got from them had a good size dent in it and when i reached out to there customer service they said that was normal and thats how most of there coins were. I paid a premium for a BU new coin and not a damaged one. If they cant stand behind the product they sell then i will not be using them anymore. That guarantee on there website isn't true!

Though there was an issue with ordering on the web site, "The Doc" made good on a price I could not lock in because of technical difficulties. I have shopped the others, and keep coming back to SD Bullion. They have the best prices and are excellent when it comes to customer service.

SD bullion prices are very low. The speed of delivery was a little slow, it was a little tricky trying to track the package, but other than that everything was great!
My silver bullion 1 OZT rounds arrived FAST, so fast in fact, I didn't even get a confirmation of shipping e-mail or need to call/e-mail as a follow up. They just showed up in like 2 days from my ordering. Perfectly taped/boxed in 2 boxes, new in the tubes. Love them! Will be back to buy more, once I raise more extra cash to convert. I ordered 20 silver eagles year 2016. I received them in a tube but the green top was broken in pieces. Also there was no padding at the top so the coins moved. You need to package better.

I was hoping to get some diversity... but got 50 Britannicas. They were in great shape and in containers. Ordered 150 more 1 oz random, lets hope I don't get 150 Britannicas.

Everything went as a good transaction should. I did make a mistake upon checkout but called and spoke to the representative and resolved this issue. Took a bit longer to ship due to the payment method but for the price I cant complain. Will be ordering again since Ive never had any issues with this company.
I ordered 100 ASE random years, BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED! What i recieved was 100 ASE of the same year (2009), I can deal with that, however every single coin is milk white. Not one is Brilliant uncirculated.
Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
