Product was delivered precisely as ordered an promised. I have ordered from SD Bullion several times before and have always had correct orders and delivered as promised.

After chatting with service rep about login problem, was able to place order without issues and delivery was on time.

Five out of five stars. You give more than your customers purchase. I've purchased for three years, and have never waited longer than five days for delivery. Most times I received my purchase within three days. Excellent service.

NO worries, excellent updates, BEST price, great packaging... I always review and compare to, at least, three other merchants.

It always take a couple of days for you to ship items out. The transit is not a problem but if you could ship them out faster.

They are far cheaper than my local shops and have a larger selection. I normally buy whatever they have the cheapest for silver. I will say I bought my majority of silver from SD with few exceptions. Wish there were other faster ways to send money that would not cost extra like sending a check by mail or need to go to the bank. All in all they work great for me. Very happy.

Typically, my orders are shipped very quickly. This particular time I ordered and the silver spot price started to slowly drop the next day, and slowly dropped days after. Coincidentally, my order was in "processing" status for a week til the spot price flatlined. Then, my order was filled and shipped. Coincidence? I hope so, as I've been pretty happy with SD Bullion. If this happens again I'll go with my secondary supplier...

There should be a way of submitting payments which would guarantee the receipt thereof and still be as convenient, fast, and easy as using a credit card! Why can't customers using a debit card get the same low price as those writing a check? Sending money through Zelle is amazingly easy! That would be a great option!

... awesome. Their website is easy to navigate and order from. Prices are very good too. Delivery is quite fast and track as well. One year ordering from them, no problems at all. Please keep it going. If anything I wish they had e-check.

The after hours ordering online is not the greatest, but usually after struggling with it for about an hour I can finally get my order through. Most of the time. I still have not been able to correct my phone number though. Actually I correct my phone number each time I go in, but it does not stay corrected. It is always the same old wrong number when I come back.

I have been dealing with SD Bullion for about 9 Mos. Only small quantities of gold coins and 1oz bars but have found they always have the lowest prices compared to the other bullion dealers, they don't bother you with phone calls like the others and they have great customer service when needed which is the sign of a great company in my opinion. Thanks SD
