I've ordered coins, bars and food from SD Bullion. Each order has arrived quickly. I look for specials/coupons, and SD Bullion is definitely worth a look. (Especially on their storable food!)
Ordering was an excellent experience! I was able to order my coins very easy and fast! I love SD Bullion because their prices are a lot cheaper then other Bullion dealers!
I'm not happy with the service because I have been told different times when my previous order was recieved. I also asked a week ago to speak with a supervisor and was told flat out a supervisor won't call me back! That really shocked the hell out of me! I've never had any company EVER tell me that a supervisor will not return my call!

SD usually has the best price, and they are reputable, and deliver what they show on their website. Sometimes turnaround time is long, probably because of the mail. I like the fact that they put a bogus business name on their packages to throw off the thieves and goons at USPS.

Quick thoughts on my experiences with SDB: shipping is too slow, packaging should have been much better, prices are usually really good, but no free shipping option cancels that out.
I am fortunate that the box fit into my locked mailbox as it was left without requiring a signature. All past orders required a signature, so i was not expecting this one to be different. Unlike some of the other reviews, my coins came promptly and all were in the box!

As a long time customer, I received my last order. I was glad I was here when FEDEX drop off the package. I ask the driver about a signature, he said No Signature order. This is wrong. With packages being stolen from pouches in the area, I did not like the delivery with no signature. Metals and or products of this kind always need to be delivered face to face. Products/packages like this are easy to steal. No happy ... If future orders are shipped with no signature..... I guess I need to look for different firm to purchase from

I am Happy with purchase even though the price dropped. Beautiful Silver Eagles and in a capsule.(20 coins) very discrete packaging. I have already made another order at a lower market price! LOL Highly recommended. Lowest price of the places that I am aware of with reasonable shipping.
I have not received my order. My check for amount of 3966. 79 $ for 100gram gold bar was sent on 8/6/2018 and it was cashed by SD Bullion. No response no update. The phone calls does not get through and you hear music for more than half an hour and then nothing. I was able to contact them with email and their response was, that PAMP is out of stack. Basically they taking order without having the merchandise. There is no visibility as when or if I get my product. As of now it appears that I have lost nearly 4000$ and may need to contact police or Vermont Consumer agency to follow up. Very disappointed and is a scary situation. Just to be honest and emphasizing that this review is not fake, my order number is *******. All other sellers when they are out of product, they indicate "notify me" for the item and do not take order. These guys took my order, took my money, without giving me update or any notification. I want my money back and cancel the order. Sure, SD Bullion is the lowest price no matter if you get your product or not. I lost the opportunity of taking advantage of Gold low price of 1178 $ an ounce because of this situation so I lost a lot in my investment. Very disappointed...
