Money will clear they will show payment received yet theybsaid the wouldn't ship till the following Tues or following Monday. They can care less I asked for a refund and they will hit you with a processing fee this company is a joke and cares less about customer service. Buyer beware

I placed a large order with SD Bullion. They lost or stole my order, and then told me to fill out a Statement of Loss form and to return it within 72 hours, and in the same email SD Bullion says, "Please allow 7-10 business days for our team to coordinate..." My order was place FIVE WEEKS ago. Customer service was rep was rude and disrespectful. After 11 years of doing regular business with APMEX, I have never had an issue. This was my first order with SD Bullion. They are either unbelievably incompetent or they essentially stole my money!

I do apologize for any frustration that can come along with the lost package investigation. Per our insurance restrictions, if the package cannot be located, we are able to create a refund or resend 30 days from the initial claim being filed. Throughout this time, our operations team is actively coordinating with the carrier to locate the original package.
With your order specifically, it appears your package has been delayed, rather than lost, due to the severe ice storm that hit a large portion of the Midwest. Due to the storm and facilities being backed up with a large number of incoming packages, we have seen orders taking a little longer to be delivered. With Fed Ex being delayed across the United States, we see tracking numbers not moving or remaining in the pending status. We are keeping this lost package investigation open to monitor the tracking, and expect to see it update soon!

Prior to cancellation, SD Bullion will send late payment emails prior to cancelling. Cancellations can also automatically occur if an automated payment is seen as invalid in our processing systems.

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Answer: We ship fully insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The default shipping option would be selected by the shipping team in accordance with our insurance policies and efficiency. Most, but not all, of our orders ship with a signature required. However, you can rest assured all of our orders are fully insured. If you want to be guaranteed a signature, we do offer the ability to add it on, it would be $4.95 for the signature plus $14.95 for our expedited shipping. We offer FedEx or USPS.

Your order was set to deliver within our standard shipping time! Once received, e-checks, personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks take 3-5 business days to process through our accounting system. After that, it usually takes orders 3-5 business days to process through the shipping queue.
Thus, the total time from when payment is received to when the order leaves the fulfillment center is generally 4-8 business days. When your order is ready to ship out of the fulfillment center, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.
In regard to the cancellation, your order was cancelled per your request. Cancellation fees are an industry standard. Because we operate in a live market, once an order is submitted it becomes a locked trade. Your products are moved out of our inventory and held for you, and we hedge our price based off the market price at the time you submit your order.
