I was notified that the silver coins I was waiting for were now in stock. I ordered them and received the shipment faster than expected. They were in perfect condition and packaged discreetly.

I have been ordering from SD Bullion for the last couple months, I am super happy with every aspect of doing business with this company, and I intend to continue using SD Bullion for the majority of my silver purchases in the future.
Everything was as expected except I got three bicentennial quarters and a 1969 mixed in. Other than that, a very good experience.

Bank e check system did not work so i had to pay extra because I used my debit card. Physical coins where in great shape though. Appreciated discreet packaging.

We apologize you had trouble linking your bank account online for payment. We offer many other ways to pay, shown below. Most of our payment options qualify for the 4% cash discount.
We accept bank wires, personal and certified checks, electronic checks, postal money orders, Paypal, Bitcoin as well as Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Bank Wires would require you to take our account information to your bank to have them transfer the funds. Banks usually charge a fee for this service.
For personal/certified check payments you would mail the check into our PO Box.
Electronic Check - Must use the option at checkout to link to your bank checking account.
Credit/debit cards and Paypal orders do not qualify for the 4% cash discount price. The full pricing is shown on each product page.

My order was easy to place, it shipped and arrived on time, the packages had little or no damage and the contents were exactly as ordered.
It took 5 phone calls to get it correct as I did make a change to the order within less than 24 hours. I still don't think I was charged correctly but tired of waiting on hold to try and correct the issue. Sort of left a sour taste in my mouth!

Easy to use website Good prices. Always pleased with what I receive from SD.
SD Bullion will treat your questions with a take it or leave it attitude. I also requested and paid for FedEx 2nd day shipping. They took 3 days to fill my order and another 6 days for FedEx to deliver it... very disappointed.

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
