I had a deeply frustrating issue with an investment platform that unexpectedly restricted my withdrawals. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I received no responses at all. Feeling completely stuck, I decided to reach out to Advisure Limited. Their team was quick to respond and very understanding of my situation. They explained the recovery process clearly and helped me feel grounded and hopeful again. Throughout the process, they kept in close communication and ensured I understood each step being taken. Their professionalism and dedication ultimately led to my funds being unlocked. I am truly thankful for the help they provided during such a stressful time.
I placed an order for over £2000 of silver coins. After reviewing there TrustPilot 1 star reviews and have heard nothing from them after trying an entire day to speak to somebody about my order ( left 4 messages and emails) I decided to terminate order. I was told it had already been posted and I must not sign for post and return to sender. Once received, my refund would be processed. This happened on 14 October 2025. Ive tried calling and emailing several times to speak to somebody who can help me - let me know parcel was received and if my refund getting sorted out... its 22 October 2025 and still nothing - although ive left messages and told someone would call me back... I wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole
They are not what they used to be. I have been a client for almost 5 years and they always delivered a great service. Two weeks ago i have placed an order. It still has not arrived. Their new postal service colissiomo lost it. Now i have to wait another 4 weeks for the investigation process to finish before I can find out what will happen with the payment.
They are highly unreliable. I saved up to invest and finally bought thinking it will be safe to buy from them. But the product was never delivered and after so many calls they kept telling me the investigation is going on. Finally after many months long investigation when I called them again a lady Eva picked up my call and in a day or 2 had results of the investigation done on my complaint which was that they delivered my order. I never received anything. It is very stressful as I don't have the money or the gold I bought. They took what little I could save. They are liars please do not buy from them.
I sent £10k to this company on the understanding I would receive a delivery advice same day and gold coins the next day. No delivery advice sent, no gold sent. Several phone calls made but the 'team' are always busy and will call me back - nothing. Several emails sent - no replies. Eventually received an emergency number but two calls and a message - unanswered. There is no way I can reach anybody to find out where my money or gold is. Bullion by Post looks good on reviews and their website, but I believe all calls are answered by an external call-centre as they are all scripted. I have no option now as I can't get my money or gold - I must go to the Midlands fraud centre to see if they can get my money back. Beware of this company it it a very stressful experience and they just don't care about their clients.
I had been a loyal customer to Bullion By Post for over 12 years, placing 42 orders with them amounting to 10's of thousands of pounds without issue, as my orders always arrived, until one didn't.
This particular order of £1700+ in value, was marked as delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery with tracking information locating it to 240ft of my address, however, it had been signed for by the postman himself and never arrived at my front door.
When Bullion By Post were immediately informed of this they investigated and decided that as the Postman had marked it delivered and signed for it, there was nothing they could do and told me to report it to the police, which I did.
I obviously was not happy with this conclusion and the suggestion of a private investigator (PI) was made, which I agreed to and welcomed. When this PI contacted me via email, he requested 18 points of very private information (which I had no problem providing) however, the tone of his email was very accusing, full of conjecture and a lack of impartiality. I immediately responded with all of the information, by which point Royal Mail had updated the tracking to show the Parcel was received at Warrington Mail Centre two days after it was reportedly delivered to me. This development was unbelievably, not enough to prove I had not accepted the parcel.
CCTV and various other pieces of evidence was obtained showing that the postman did not attend my address at the time of the tracked delivery, again this was not enough for Bullion By Posting. I spoke directly with the postman, recording the conversation, who stated he does not remember delivering the parcel, nor has any idea what could have happened to it, but did agree that he signed for it on my behalf, again this was not enough for Bullion By Post.
Ultimately the parcel was not located 3 weeks later, even though all evidence pointed toward it being in possession of Royal Mail. Bullion By Post obviously agreed with this conclusion as they eventually refunded my money, but did not offer any apology or compensation for the 3 weeks of stress and severe inconvenience that this caused. The service I have received has been truly appalling.
I have been made to feel like a criminal, accused of defrauding Bullion By Post out of money, despite being loyal a customer for over 12 years spending 10's of thousands of pounds with them. The burden of proof has been on us to prove our innocence, even though all evidence has pointed toward Royal Mail not carrying out the Special Delivery service correctly on behalf of Bullion By Post. I would have been afforded more impartiality in an actual court of law than Bullion By Post and the Private Investigator that they appointed, have displayed over the last three weeks.

Never trust these guys. First two orders were fine. Coins and bars delivered promptly and well packaged, though they misinform you that packages must be signed for, they don't! Third order, a 5ozt bar came deeply scraped and dented, but packaging perfectly intact, so damage done before being sent. I could fit my thumbnail into the deepest scrape. Complained, and they decided to patronise me about cast bars, of which I have many, and understand the process of very well. Sub standard product at premium prices... look elsewhere, or even better, shop local to support your community.
