I enjoy the scents that I have been receiving from scentbird. Its personalized for my own scent choice & if I want to change my choices, I can always go back & change it before it ships it out. Very informative when it comes to shipping, it tells you in a email when it's packaged & when its delivered, one thing I would change on it's how long it takes for me to get the item, but other then that I enjoy the products it sends me & hope to keep using it in the near future.
I wish there was a way to "return" bad ones. It's no fun to waste an entire month's bottle on a perfume that is not at all what you like. There aren't quite as many different fragrances as I'd hoped, but for now, it's good enough.

I loved it when I smelled it in the bottle but the second I sprayed it that changed. I immediately had to wash my wrists. It was so strong. Probably better for someone more mature in age.

They have a lot of perfume and colognes. Great merchandise to enjoy. I enjoy receiving them. However, I do have a problem with the payment and shipping. I get charged on the 5th of the month, but don't receive my perfume until the end of the month. It takes a whole month to process my payment. If your a patient person and don't mind, then I would say give them a try. Other than that, they are wonderful. Thanks scentbird.

The processing of the items takes an entire month, so by the time it gets to you, it's time to decide on something else. Also, offering a "skip this month" feature would help out a lot. The cologne only lasts about 3 weeks if you do 2 sprays a day, so that should give you an idea of how much is in the bottles. Overall, wouldn't recommend to someone.

Our vials have been trialed to last for 120-140 sprays, which should be enough for at least 4 sprays per day for 30 days. But, I'll definitely pass your feedback on to the rest of the team team. First of all it takes them forever to ship takes them forever to answer any customer service inquiries that you may have. I have unsubscribed from their service three times and six months in between each one, I have no idea why I keep coming back thinking that they might be different I guess it's the same old crap bad customer service shipping takes forever and I'm done with it

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
