Hi im Adrianna, and today I'm going to be talking about Scentbird. I've been using scentbird from since August 2020 and so far I'm really happy with the results. There products are amazing, I love the way they come, And the delivery doesn't take too long. It's perfect when you want to test a perfume before buying the entire bottle as well. I definitely look forward to them coming each month. They have so much to choose from at a pretty good price. This is a perfect gift for a loved one. And there are sprays for both men and woman.

My first order came perfectly my second order was mixed up but as soon as I made the phone call they fixed it immediately and I haven't had any problems since I love my perfumes

It's so nice getting a different fragrance ever month. I get to try a new high price fragrances ever month, without paying the high price. I also love the different color dispensers you can get to carry your scentbird in... they are so compact you can carry more than one with you at a time.

When I placed my order on January 8th of 2019, I was looking for a new scent. They provided mini-vials of popular scents to help consumers explore their options. At the time, the said that they were overwhelmed with orders, and that we needed to have patience. I cancelled the subscription since I never received my scents, but they still have my $35. I used their e-Mail client in February of 2019 and March of 2019, but never received a reply. I tried to find a phone number to reach them, it's more difficult to find than Bigfoot. Over time, I forgot about it. I looked, to this day, my order still shows as "Processing" and "Delivery Status: Not available yet".
I found my scent since, I just want my money back. I tried to contact them again, finally a response. Their remedy, after nearly 2 years, is to send me the mini-vials I should have had years ago. No, the need for this product has long since expired. I want my money back.
Anyone know about laws that required a business to refund a client when item/order was never fulfilled?

I paid for my December shipment over 2 weeks ago and I still have heard back. It's like pulling teeth to get an answer. After this I will be canceling your service

I currently receive three bottles per month. It was difficult at first, because you can't test any of them out. I also don't like the bottles they come in. I wish they were like mini versions of the original ones or at least personalized in some way. The cases are also not even close to worth the money.

This is a TERRIBLE business.
Their customer service is atrocious. There is no number or chat available, so the only option is through email which takes more than 24 hours to get a response so any issue you have takes LITERALLY days to resolve.
Their website is not user friendly and is over complicated.
Plus it's WAY over priced for the service.

I recall cancelling Scentbird back in the summer. Then in December, SURPRISE! I cancelled due to their deceptive marketing. Yes, you CAN get premium perfumes for FIVE extra dollars, but you don't find that out til later. Then, to top it off they had the nerve to send me Eau De Toilette instead of the perfume I THOUGHT I was getting. I am done with them, and I cancelled AGAIN, taking a screenshot as proof. Because if I see another charge from Scentbird, I WILL be pressing some charges of my own.

I love scentbird and you cant beat the price for affordable perfumes. The only thing i do not like is waiting so long for my next fragrance to arrive every month. If you wear perfume everyday and have a 17 yr old daughter like i do then it doesn't last long.
