I started my subscription with Scentbird about 6 months ago and I really love the products offered by Scentbird. If you are interested in trying different fragrances before investing in the full sized product this is a great way to go. If you'[re anything like me, I get tired of fragrances after a while so, by subscribing to Scentbird I get sufficient amount of product enough for one month (if used daily) while trying multiple fragrances per month. It's the most affordable way to try prestige fragrance brands. My favorites have been brands like Cartier, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Caroline Herrera, Dior and Michael Kors. I like that I can choose to get 1,2 or 3 fragrances per month and I can skip or hold any time. You are probably wondering if I love it wo much why on 4/5 stars? Scentbird does not sent the fragrance holder (container that holds the vials) with every fragrance as some of the other fragrance companies and also they do not take returns if you don't like the fragrance where there are good companies that do. Other than that I would recommend Scentbird if you are a perfume lover.
I absolutely love scentbird. I am able to try out different fragrances without having to spend a lot of money. So far every fragrance I have received I have really liked.

I have been a member of scentbird for over a year as it is hard to get places to ship perfume to the rural part of Alaska that I live in. When I did get the products they were great. The problem is I have paid for more months where I got no product, than the months where I paid and actually received a product. I wrote customer service MANY times and they guaranteed me replacement products that also never arrived.

I've recently dug deeper into the world of perfume samples and found that Scentbird isn't necessarily the best out there. The flat rate of $14.95 doesn't reflect the original quality or price of the perfume in the slightest. If you look around, you can buy some of the same perfumes for much less elsewhere in the same 5ml container, or choose an even smaller sample if you only want to wear the fragrance 2-3 times. I understand there has to be a mark up, but other perfume resellers do this as a ratio, taking the whole bottle's original price into consideration. I've also collected too many of those 5ml bottles of perfumes that I dont actually care for, so it's nice to see smaller options on the market.
I will say I appreciate their inclusion of NEST and the Confessions of a Rebel fragrances, as well as the fact that they are always adding to their sample repertoire. It's also nice that it's a subscription so you get something to look forward to every month. Their rating system is easy to use and the layout/visual aspects of the website are well constructed. Overall I just don't think it's worth over paying for the benefits, buy they do offer a wide selection of perfumes, some of which you can't sample elsewhere.

It is true that Scentbird is an exclusive distributor of Confessions of a Rebel fragrances. Some people find it difficult to choose a favorite scent in a short period of time in a store. With Scentbird you can choose your scent in the comfort of your own home. All vials are 8ml/0.27oz and have been trialed to last for 120-140 sprays, which should be enough for at least 4 sprays per day for 30 days. Whereas, most rollerballs start at $26 for a 0.25oz bottle depending on the brand. Please get in touch with us directly if you need any further assistance. I have had my subscription for a few months and they have done nothing to subtract from their initial effort to earn my money. All these companies give you a great initial purchase, even scentbird gave me a free gift. But what makes scentbird better than all the rest of these copycats is that after the first month they still ship on time, they get your order right, product quality maintains at a high level, shipping updates and tracking are sent directly to my email and that makes for an easy no log in check up on the shipping details.
They also have a nice product sorting search filter that allows me to select the best cologne for me.
So you can smell expensive, good or fresh depending on the situation or person you are trying to attract.

I have been trying for the past hour to get ahold of customer support in order to figure out why i was charged $47 out of the blue. There are phone numbers posted online that are supposedly their customer support, but when you call it says the number is not in service. I literally just want to cancel my subscription and I am completely dumbfounded with how difficult it is.

I am over the moon with Scentbird. I have collected over 40 name brand perfumes (ie. Prada, Juicy Couture, Cartier, Versace, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana and Michael Kors, etc.) I could not afford my wonderful collection of scents without Scentbird. I now have the opportunity to sample all of my favorite perfumes prior to purchasing a larger bottle. Also, I love the vibrant colored cases that Scentbird offers. The only con is I wish Scentbird would use Fedex or UPS for shipping vs USPS. USPS is not reliable they have already loss one of my packages.

This is a great subscription to either find your signature fragrance or to keep it always fresh. Everyone I know always knows me for having cologne on and it was always my dads. When he started to catch on I had to stop but people started to ask where my cologne was. After hearing about scent bird on Facebook years ago I wanted to try it but a recent YouTube ad reminded me of it so I joined immediately and it has been one of the best decisions on my life now I get questions like, "which one do you have on this month? Because I like it"

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
