Your order overall takes too long to be delivered I was charged twice for something that I never received when you write the email to the people you don't get a response nothing. There's no such thing as customer service.

Love getting perfume from Scentbird but they take forever to send the perfume out to you. I have also had many problems with them.

Charging way to much for the same products 100% real and authentic procducts out in certain stores. 89 oz is nothing, for $35 not inculding once a month "subcription" has 20ozs of pure 100% juice, scamming people using youtube to advertise their products.

Scentbird simply repackages the fragrances into our signature packaging so that we can offer our monthly service. But this shouldn't affect the fragrance or the staying power of the fragrance. Authenticity is something that we take very seriously! A monthly package of 1pc fragrance vial costs $14.95/month, where a vial's size is 8ml/0.27oz and has been trialed to last for 120-140 sprays. So worth it you should try for at least 6 months to a year different scents every month is so much better than buying one bottle.

Kindly note that scent longevity depends on your body chemistry and physical activities within the day. All of the products that we offer are 100% authentic. Therefore, the scent longevity of our fragrances is exactly the same as the bottled versions. Eau de Toilette scents normally last between two to three hours, whereas Eau de Parfum scents last for around four to five hours. I really love Scentbird! I adore designer fragrances, but just the thought of plunking down $150 or more for a perfume I'm not sure will live up to my expectations is daunting.
Scentbird gives me the ability to try out fragrances that fit my scent profile without spending an arm and a leg doing it. I also get to choose perfumes I've loved in the past in addition to the excitement of adding new scents to my perfume inventory. Sure, I've gotten scents that I really don't care for or won't ever wear, but the choice has always been mine to make. I've seen some people get angry with Scentbird when they hate a perfume they've received... but you need to remember, you are the one putting the scents into your queue, not Scentbird. So if you get something you don't like, you just need to choose something different next month. Hopefully you'll hit the jackpot and find a fragrance you truly can't live without. But until that happens, Scentbird gives you the ability to buy and use any perfume you want on their site for a very nominal price. It's a great service in my opinion and even though I may get some clunkers from time to time, most times I've gotten perfume that I've really enjoyed wearing. This was all because Scentbird gives me the ability to smell like a million bucks without having to spend big bucks doing it.

I love my fragrances that I get each month but I just don't like the fact when u see all the beautiful cases that are advertised that everyone ends up with their first case being a boring white case and in order to have a colorful case you have to pay for them. I have a lot of friends that receive Scentbird in the mail and our first carrier case is white.

You are correct, though, all subscribers only get a free case (Pearly White for Women and Signature Black for Men/Previously Silver for everyone) in their very first shipment. Our team is doing their best to have the best environmentally friendly packages as we already started it with our cases. That's why we have lessened the production of the cases. I love being able to afford designer fragrances. By buying this small size I am able to wear scents that are normally out of my budget during these hard timrs.

I love the fragrance options and the flexibility of their ‘cue'. It's a monthly subscription, but you have the option of skipping a month, or two, or buying the whole cue, which can be as long as you like. You can buy as many individual products as you like to add into your monthly box as well. You can pay for three months and have them delivered monthly, and choose one, two, or three items at a time per month in your subscription box and get a discount for each level. You can choose which scents you would like in your cue, or complete the scent profile and get and get an idea of what you would like best on you. You can rate their scents individually and read other scent ratings. The only downside is that if you don't understand the note profile of a particular scent (I. E. woody, earthy, floral, vanilla, etc) you wouldn't be able to understand the actual description of the scent until you smell it. On the upside, they sell other products including face, personal, makeup, and candles. They have special items to purchase. Most items are only $14.95, as most are the sample size, though some are up charged if they are premium products, and they do offer some full size products. Their shipping and packaging is great as well. You can access them via website or app from your iPhone.

Follow up from missing delivery and unhelpful email response.
I would like to update my response after sending an email back letting the company know that I didn't appreciate the first reply response and that nobody addressed how the issue would be resolved. Someone else did followed up and let me know that they were sending the undelivered perfumes again. I received both the missing perfumes and the March schedule perfumes.
Issue resolved quickly.

The email response did not answer my question as to whether or not I would be refunded for my February shipment which has yet to be delivered. Instead I was brushed it off with the fact that my March shipment is on its way. I'm able to verify that myself. Disappointed that there wasn't any follow up regarding what they would do to see about the shipment location or return of funds. Still waiting to see how this issue is resolved. First months delivery arrived without issue. I will keep on this membership for a couple more months in hopes to build my sent collection, however it will be canceled if my February issue is not appropriately resolved.
Signed up with scentbird at the end of last year. Thought it be great. Since I signed up, seems like every other day I get an email saying they have to change the order of my queue, because the fragrances I picked are out of stock. Then I wanted to upgrade to receiving 2 a month instead of 1, so I go online and change it, as soon as I clicked on it they withdrew the money. No where does it say that they will pull the money the moment you agree to upgrade. I had just paid for the month a few days before. I feel they should make it clear that you will be charged as soon as you upgrade. I also feel they should find a way to have enough of a certain product before listing it as an option. You get excited for the one you picked and it is very disappointing when they tell you it is no longer available. No sure I will be staying with them. Going to see how the next month or so goes then will decide.

Scentbird has been an amazing subscription since I've decided to join. Every month I am provided with a new scent to match my personal taste or what scentbird believes would be suited for me due to their very helpful app that lets you rate the scents received. I will continue to be subscribed to scentbird indefinitely and will continue to recommend this product/subscription to friends and family

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
