Money was taken off my card for scentbird the beginning of November for the month of October, the scent that I selected was in my quest for over two weeks. I sent out a number of emails trying to see what the issue was, which no one really informed me on what the issue was until I dmed someone on Instagram. Then I was informed my order wasn't sent because they ran out of the perfume that I selected but instead of just moving on to a different scent that I did select they opt not to send it. Now when I wake up this morning to see what was going on I have nothing being processed for the month of October nor being sent out to me but I was charged for it. This is very dissatisfying and what makes it even more upsetting is that there's no one to talk to you just got to hope that they keep up with sending emails and hope they address your issue... this is very disappointing especially when you look forward to getting your perfumes for the month

Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions when we experience an inventory challenge. First time buyer. Scentbird took my money. I never received the perfume I ordered. That let me know never again! I try to email back but they don't want to help me! Money lost! God will give back.

Sometimes u wait up to a month over the time expected to get ur monthly order. I had an October scent come in at the end of November so they missed one month saying they will give me 5$ off no refund for my month that never arrived.

I have tried to cancel my service twice and the first time I was told it would cost me $39.00 to cancel and second time I was told it would cost me $37.00 I was going to cancel because I am on a fixed income and money is tight right now. And if I can not afford $16.95 a month right now I can't afford $37.00. I have been getting scentbird for over 2 years and I was only going too cancel temporarily so I could get control of my finances. But if it is this hard to cancel I am not sure I want it to be temporary. When I first signed up it said cancel anytime it didn't say anything about paying too cancel. So how do I cancel with out paying $37.00?

I've had minor complaints when it comes to Scentbird (like wishing for environmentally friendly options and options to buy old design of cases) but overall, I LOVE the concept and it helps me try new luxury fragrances at an affordable price. They even have frequent sales on full sizes once I find one I love. Very happy with this service!

I really enjoy trying different types of perfumes, and you get enough to actually play around with. Customer service was responsive when I had a question. Selection is varied. I recommend as someone who is interested but never got into scents due to price and intimidation. The way you smell can really make you feel better. Quick note: scents interact with your skin, so sometimes something that smells amazing on a friend becomes unpleasant on you, so being able to try, and not just a one time sample, is really nice.

My friend introduced me to this site and I was instantly hooked. Then my fiancé got on board too so we not get one perfume and one cologne a month. Not only do the perfumes smell AMAZING and like way more than I could ever afford normally. And it's also so much fun to pick out new scents and see all of the ingredients that go into it. This site is honestly one of the best subscriptions out there. I've never been disappointed by them and will most likely be a lifelong customer. I like the concept but I dislike how it drags to get my product. For example: my September package don't arrive until mid October & I dislike the new packaging. Kinda pricey

Terrible customer service, and once you cancel they still try to be sneaky and keep charging your account. And OF COURSE they don't have a customer service phone line. So you can only email them and they never respond. I will literally never use their service again. Im have just recently reported them as well.

This company is the worse, I got my first order with no problem. They assigned me a second perfume which they selected for me. I noticed in the middle of October that they never it sent out even though they charge my card 4 weeks prior. Mind you another payment was about to come out for October but I never received Septembers perfume. I reach out to CS and they told me the perfume was out of stock. Mind you they assigned the perfume to me and never reached out to let me know it was out of stock just held my account pending while still charging me for something I never received. I asked Alina why would they assign a perfume if they don't have stock. It's 2022 you should have a back end system to catch those things especially since your system selected it for me. Of course she didn't have any answers. They told me they would send me out a new perfume as soon as possible mind you this is still from September It's now October 23rd and I still have yet to receive my perfume from September. I spoke with the CS rep 8 days ago and still no tracking numbers for this perfume. The worse company I've ever come across. Horrible practices. I don't understand why they even have people sponsor their company when the obviously can even handle the customer they have now. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I told Alina if this wouldn't get handled in a timely fashion I would be writing reviews everywhere. I guess they still don't care.

I was really thinking that Scentbird could be a game changer for me trying out new luxury perfumes.
When the package arrives, I was greeted with an empty case and some greeting cards with no perfume. I can't believe falling to hyped up per month subscription basis for fragrances.

I have been more impressed with Scentbird with each month of my subscription. Between the interactive quizzes on their site to determine your scents to the information filled sections on their site about each individual fragrance, they truly care about the customer! The 5 scents I have received already all appeal to me due to their specific details about each fragrance so you know which specific tones you enjoy. I have ventured out to their other brands, Deck of Scarlet, good habit, Sanctuary and Confessions of a Rebel, and haven't looked back! From the focus on the environment to personalizing individual preferences, Scentbird is truly the future of companies!

I don't think the amount of cologne that is sent is a 30 day supply. Seems to run out quickly and I use it sparingly.
Hi Michael, this is not right at all! We say it’s a month’s worth as each Scentbird-sized vial has been trialed to hold 120 sprays minimum, which is enough for 4 sprays per day for 30 days. All of the products that we offer are 100% authentic. Therefore, the scent longevity of our fragrances is exactly the same as of the bottle versions and depends on your body chemistry & physical activities during the day. Eau de Toilette scent (EDT) normally lasts between two to three hours, whereas Eau de Parfumcents (EDP) last for around four to five hours. We'd suggest you make sure you place your vials in a cool, dry place to avoid evaporation. We'd also encourage you to tighten the vial top before putting it in its case to avoid leakage. I have been using Sentbird for about 4 months and I am not disappointed. The perfumes smell last on me all day and the bottle lasts me longer than I expected I usually use scent bird bottle everyday. I am always excited to get a new perfume personalize how I like my scents.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
