SCAM! AVOID THIS SITE
December 8, 2015

I placed an order on Nov 8 and there was not a word from them for 3 weeks. Concerned, I emailed them at *******@sareeka.com and asked to cancel my order if they're unable to dispatch it by another week. Someone replied saying " ok, we will cancel your order and give you a refund"(no apologies, nothing). Another two weeks have passed but I still haven't received my refund and there is no response from sareeka. What the F*#$?

Disgusting

My order no is *******. I bought stuff worth 13,000 rupees. They took over 2 months to send it and when they did send it it was a disaster. The stitching was uneven and the kurta was hanging at the bottom. It looks too shabby to be worn anywhere. They asked me to send pictures which I did and they said they would do something about it but since that they have stopped answering my calls and emails. The reviews on the website are first sent to the store owner who decided which review to post and which to discard. As a result you won't see all the complaints in their website. Manager takes 4 hour long lunch breaks. Their customer service replies to the email in one or two words as if they are chatting with their buddies. Not professional at all. I have never had such a bad experience with online shopping before.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I have never been so disgusted by their service! I ordered clothes made to fit to arrive by early September, after 2 months of not receiving the parcel I contacted them only to find it was out of stock (they didn't notify me it was out of stock). It took me several weeks (after constant emails) to receive refund which I had to then contact PayPal. I'm so grateful for the gentleman at PayPal for understanding me as I was frustrated and mortified to say the least.

There isn't enough words in the English vocabulary to state how atrocious they are. I so wish I did my research before ordering from this terrible website! Please save yourself from this God awful website! They truly need to be banned! Aaaaargh worst experience e

Pathetic and cheats

I ordered sarees from this site and its been almost a month! I wanted sari for my daughters birthday and it never came. They are not responding to calls and no response to emails too. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering.
Please don't buy from this site! Very bad experience

*Out of Stock (status sent to me upon inquiry, which is so unprofessional.

I am reminding you that i have sent this request several times and given Clear indication of product ID and replacement product ID. But despite all theses emails. Nothing has been done. This is indeed very unprofessional and now there is no option left than to alert the online scam crime unit of your country and make people know about your fool and unprofessional dealings on social media. I am really sorry matters have reached to this nasty phase.

I would like to hear from you Sareeka COM other wise i will do the necessary. Really feeling disgusted now.

I wish I had seen this review site before I placed my order... I'm still waiting for a response from them been waiting nearly a month when their site clearly says stitching and shipping times are a lot less. They ignore emails and never answer the phone the whole site is a scam please BEWARE!

The worst online seller I have come across! I ordered an outfit for a cousins wedding, it didn't arrive by the time specified on the website. I demanded a cancellation and refund and only got one line responses stating my order was in processing. They sent one outfit which was way too big and clearly they had not used the measuring I provided to them. The stitching was terrible and material of poor quality. The other outfit they stated they would cancel and refund the money but one month later I got an email stating it was being shipped. I forwarded the email they had previously sent advising I would get a refund, but they are now stating they will not refund because the order has been sent. The second outfit is not even the style I asked for, again poor quality material and stitching. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

They Should Be Banned

I placed an order almost 3 months ago and since then I never got any update. I emailed them a month ago they said it was processing, when I emailed yesterday they told me product out of stock! After 3 months of ordering I had to inquire for my product and they acted like its usual. Worst online shopping experience ever. The should be banned from business.

I wish there was something lower then 1 star for this website! I can not even start to explain what thieves they are! They take people's hard earned money and steal it without sending any product. I purchased an item OVER AN YEAR AGO and despite the constant emails every single week, I still did not receive neither my item nor a refund. After reading all of the other ratings and knowing that they have done the same to many other costomers I feel compelled to take a legal action against them! How could you run a website like that which takes people's money who trust in them and order from their website!

Poor service

My wife order two Saree from this place, after order place she received emailed day later that one of the Saree is out of stock, wife requested refund, its been 3 weeks and she call and email few time no response from this site, very poor server, wouldn't recommend business with this guys. Getting nice site won't give you international customer trust and business, you need to earn respect by providing a server and keeping the promise...

Do not buy your outfits from here. Spend abit of money and actually go to tge shops to buy your indian outfits. With sareeka you wont see your outfits for weeks even after numerous emails and phone calls. Totally rubbish company who dont tell the truth

BEWARE! Stay away!

"Beware! They torture u by making u wait on the product for months... and guess wht... after a month when u inquire abt ur order... they tell u that the product is out of stock! It has already happened to me 4 times... everytime i give them sometime to get the product frm manufacturer... and as soon as i ask for update they r out if stock... save urself... do not place order n suffer... they dont give u refund option... replacement only for the products tht run out of stock due to their bad professionalism... and to add a cherry on top... they ignore u... as soon as they see ur order is getting nowhere(... due to their fault...) u wud be banging ur head on the wall. The stitching is realllllly bad as well... they do not know how to stitch... i still have my stuff pending. I wish i cud cancel my order... but j knw those guys will not give me nthingn... guess wht... i placed the order in may 2015... and they still havent finished it till now (aug 2015)"

THIEVES

This is the WORST online order I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I had to threaten to call VISA and cancel my payment multiple times to have them process the order in the first place. After over a month HALF of it was finally shipped out. The products that arrived are poor scratchy fabrics, stones are falling out and they material is torn. I cancelled the rest immediately and still have no refund after another MONTH of waiting. They don't answer email they don't respond except to steal your money and send you crap months later. Get your things elsewhere, these people are THIEVES.
