After reading many negative things about Sareeka I was a bit worried because I'd just placed an order for like a $60 salwar kameez... it took a while because of the coronavirus so I suggest ordering at least 3 months ahead of time, especially if you're getting custom measurements. But it finally arrived and it is seriously just as beautiful as the image if not even prettier- I was blown away with how gorgeous it looked, and I'd say it was worth the price and the wait. I now trust Sareeka and would even recommend them because their prices are even better than other sites I've looked at. I'm in love with this new suit! (I've attached pics. I ordered this but in black)
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I bought something from these people's website and the stitch and quality of fabric was utterly disgusting. Do not waste your money, they will sell you bad quality especially if they know there is no way you can return the item.
Avoid at all costs. The material used is cheap. After providing my measurement, the outfits did not fit and I explained this to them and provided photos. They were adamant that their measurements were right and refused to provide a refund. What happened to the customer is always right?
Received my order within a week, outstanding service and excellent quality products. Will definitely buy again from Sareeka.

I cancelled my order and Sareeka promised me to get my money back. Its been 3 weeks now and they always come up with excuses about a technical problem. I am telling you guys it is just a waste of your time and money. Don't deal with them at all! I think we should all raise a petition to close this shop down.
P. S I am not talking about some £50 order I am talking about £200 orders and they are quick to take your money ( and oh there is no technical issues about it) but when its time to give our money back all of the sudden there is a technical issue!

My Lengha is so Beautiful I couldn't ask for more. I was skeptical about the reviews but I've had nothing but a positive experience. Sareeka was very timely with my item and responded to my emails within 24 hours. I will definitely be ordering more items from this company!

Sareeka is using the name of a legitimate Australian based saree seller to trick people into thinking they are buying from a local supplier and also trying to ride on the back of the good reputation of the Australian business. Sareeka has very poor business ethic.
I was extremely disapointed with the sari, Furthermore the zip was stuck and ti was impossible to use.
The suits turned out beautiful and were stitched very nicely. Overall, they had good customer service and followed all of my instructions carefully. However, I didn't like how one of my products had to be replaced. After I had payed for the product they told me it was no longer available and requested me to pick something else.
I recently purchased items from Sareeka.Com, I made my purchaser's in April and to date, 25 July, I have not received my purchases. I was recently told that my items were stopped by Custom's and that they required documentation, I had requested Sareeka. Com to please provide the documentation to Customs, after trying to get hold of them on numerous occasions, I finally got hold of someone on FB Messenger and they had informed me that they had submitted the documentation. Only to be told by the Courier Company that they had sent through incorrect pricing to Customs. I'm now told that there is a fine which I will have to be liable for because Sareeka. Com had lied and was trying to cheat Customs. This Company has fraudsters, so be careful when purchasing from them, because I have not received my goods and now there's a fine double the amount of the purchases. This is a Pathetic Company. They are trying to cheat the Government!
Before this experience, I've never felt comfortable leaving a negative review for a company. However, my experience with Sareeka and Sareeka Customer Care has been too disheartening for me not to share with others. Our products came unfinished, falling apart, and with broken pieces. Also, they did not appropriately stitch our garments according to our measurements, which we paid extra for, and they didn't look like the product listing. Sareeka Customer Care only would reply with one-sentence-long responses to lengthy emails and provided no signature. Eventually, they stopped responding and ignored any emails I sent. The only way I was able to get a refund after weeks of Sareeka ignoring emails was to escalate a claim through PayPal. If I didn't have PayPal, I am sure that they would have just taken my money and continued to ignore me. I'm disappointed with the unprofessional service that I received, and I don't recommend using them.

Please review the online reviews on 1 or 2 stars also because I ordered 5 outfits from USA checking their colorful website and became a victim. I never rececieved any response unless I called them few times still no pick up calls or no emails. Still waiting for my shipment

I loved the material, the work, the reasonable price, the stitching, and the fit as per the measurements provided, my shipment came on time! My only suggestion to them is to improve customer service and keep the customers updated of their order. Also the website should also provide an option for stitching to prevent any delay
Answer: I just received a Punjabi suit from them and I will never use them again. They had my exact measurements but the garment came too tight around the bust and arm holes and the material they used in the pants is not very nice. I will never wear this out fit and have wasted my money because they do not give refunds on stitched items. Don't use them!
