The bridesmaids sarees I ordered arrived on time and looked amazing on every girl. However, I must add a few cautionary details. I read through this site and its reviews only AFTER placing my order, and I was terrified that the saree blouses would come out poorly. Please, whatever you do, PLEASE EMAIL ALL MEASUREMENTS to care@ sareeka.com. Even if the measurements were already specified on the order, please send an email as well specifying and put your order number in your e-mail title. I strongly believe that is why my blouses all came out perfectly. Many girls in my wedding party were plus-sized and the measurements were not available on the drop-down list. I added Sareeka's phone number to my contacts list at + nine-one-seven-five-six-seven-eight-three-three-three-four-four (I am spelling the numbers out so the numbers aren't censored when published) and called them almost every week through WhatsApp to ensure there were no issues with anything. This company is based in India and I am in the US, so using WhatsApp to clearly and patiently speak to people was a lifesaver. Warning: Often they will not be able to answer the call or reply to your messages right away. They might not even call back. Do not let this stress you out - just keep calling over and over. That is what I did. I kept calling and emailing for any small detail that they might need to know, and then I kept calling and emailing reminders like a crazy person. This is absolutely necessary to ensure nothing goes wrong. Again, after reading these reviews and my wedding was coming slowly and I could not find another site with my wedding colors, my only choice was to be annoying and incessant to make sure Sareeka was clear about what I needed. In the end, it was well worth it. Everyone looked beautiful and I received so many compliments for the careful color coordination. I know maybe it feels like poor customer service, I felt the same way, but I have to say that Sareeka did a great job with the sarees. There were no surprises with the measurements or stitching quality. It did not look cheap at all and the gold blouse material was good quality. Sareeka advised me they needed additional blouse material to fulfill the plus-sized blouse measurements and I was willing to pay extra for it - but they went ahead and covered that cost themselves out of kindness. It took a lot of time and the waiting made me anxious, but the ongoing constant communication I kept with them ensured that everything came out well. I had to be very proactive. Honestly, if you're able to stay on top of your order and contact them over and over again until you reach someone, speak loudly and clearly, be specific and thorough in your emails, etc. then there shouldn't be any issues. I can't speak on delivery or customs issues like some other reviews below, but every saree was delivered to my home in Florida safely without any damage.
