Sareeka's communication's staff did a outstanding job answering all my questions and emails through out this process. The items came in time and were beautiful. The material was great quality and the stitching was almost on point. The only thing that was not a 100% was the chest was a bit tight and the zipper was on the side and not the back as requested. Thankfully that was an easy fix. Thank you for all your team did for me and making me look beautiful for my nieces wedding. I will definitely be ordering from you again and highly recommend this company to others.

My immediate reaction was to cancel and have PayPal refund me the order. I am glad I didnt. The sarees look just as the picture online. The 1st pic is my mom modeling, second is of the picture on the site. The material is soft too.

Im not sure if they have new management because the many negative reviews are from awhile ago. I found the customer service team to be very responsive. I reached out to them every week. It took 3 weeks for my order to arrive to my home (US).

I ordee six sarees altogether. They did initially say they had all in stock, next week they said they were waiting on 4 to arrive from the manufacturer (yes I was very nervous but felt having paid with PayPal gave me some sense of security) then finally they said they had all in stock and shipped later that week.

I think what made this a positive experience was that I did not have the blouses made by them but only had fall and edging done so there was less that could go wrong.

Hopefully more people who do have positive experiencea with then will speak out.

I bought it for a friend's wedding and they were perfect! Came way earlier than I expected (about 2 weeks to reach the US) and there was a confusion about whether I wanted pants or a skirt with the outifit, and they gladly sent me another bottom price free of charge.

I want to express my deepest thanks to Sareeka for helping me with obtaining the extra blouse material for the lehenga ordered. The silk material was beautiful, the colour was as depicted on the photograph and of a fantastic quality. The embroidery was so good it could not be criticised. The communication of their customer service department was second to none and the material was delivered to the UK within 2 days, when I had been expecting a week.

I sincerely wish I had never heard of nor purchased 2 lehengas from Mirraw, who charged more and sent very poor quality material with no embroidery as it had been described. I will only be purchasing from Sareeka from now on.

Please be aware when shopping online. I placed an order with Sareeka.com for a saree on the 31st of October 2016. This was after thorough research and reading every review, I could find. Every day since then I have been told via live chat on their website that my order will be dispatched the following morning. They never updated the progress of my order so I always had to follow up every day. Today I received an email saying that the product is no longer available and have been given options of what I can be replaced with... I have already paid R1400 to them, PayPal and Foreign Exchange charges. Please share.

Ordered a very expensive suit from them and they ruined it! They gave me cap sleeves where I indicated clearly that the sleeve length should be 13! Emailed them back but they were very unresponsive, did not apologize and did not address the issue! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE EXTREMELY CARELESS and RUDE!

Terrible customer service - when I ordered the suits I asked for an estimate of delivery and was given one that would meet my needs. Multiple times during the following weeks I requested updates and was never given any firm information. Needless to say the order arrived seven days too late for me to use it and was a complete waste of money

I ordered two salwar kameez on June 2016 and after a day that I placed the order, I realized I want the other one be replaced by something of the same color as the other one. Seeing that it was not processed yet, I immediately sent a message if It is possible to have the other be replaced. I was given a yes answer and even asked me to send them the item I wanted in replacement which I immediately emailed them. Few days later I received an email asking me why I want to have one replaced. Obviously, I was communicating to a different person from who approved the replacement. Exchange of emails started and the person on the other end sending me emails was very rude and insisting that no replacement will happen which forced me to cancelling the order and have to dispute payment. They still went ahead and shipped it out which delivery I refused (luckily I was home when DHL attempted to deliver) because as far as I know, the order has been cancelled. They have the garment back but until now I have not received a refund. I used PayPal and the case is still ongoing. BEWARE OF SAREEKA! THEY ARE THIEVES!

I made a clothing purchase from sareeka.com with custom fitting. On receiving the item I realised that this was a total scam. The fabric, design and overall appearance was completely different to the one in the image displayed. On top of that the skirt to the outfit I ordered was not custom stitched and I payed for custom stitching. I didnt notice the watermark on the images on purchase but they have clearly been stolen from another website. I wanted to return the item however sareeka has a no return policy on custom stitched clothing (however this was not stated anywhere on the listing or on purchase). After voicing my concerns through email, I received a series of unvalid excuses on the incorrect measurements used while they completely ignored the issue that the product I received was completely unlike the product advertised. Luckily I made my payment through paypal and am in the process of returning the item (with hefty shipping costs) and receiving a full refund.
This website is a complete scam. Sareeka has no respect for their customers or themselves.

I have purchased several outfits from Sareeka.com the first two came as per delivery times and thereafter the problems started occurring. I have faced the same issues has everyone else... Items no longer in stock, refusing to refund, delaying delivery etc etc. My only saving grace was paying by PayPal and that allowed me in getting a full
Refund.

But, whatever you decide to do DONOT trust these crooks they are out to rip you off!

If you wish to see the emails I've submitted to them and vice versa, by all means I can forward them to you...

I have 3 weddings back to back at the end of june and in july. Knowing that having outfits made and delivered from India would take time I ordered back in April. My mother recieved her sari in 4 weeks... I on the other hand ordered a lengha and told every week it would be shipped that week... every week they lied. When finally in mid june I am told they cant even make it in my size. THE WORST! LIARS! STAY AWAY... prices sound good but not worth the headache!

I was shocked when I saw how exactly my experience matches with most of the reviews posted here. I just wish I checked this site before I made an order. Like most of the reviewers mentioned here, I was told that the product is not available and was offered other products that I can choose from. When I declined the offer, I was offered a store credit for any future purchase that I can use, which I declined again. Lots of emails had to be exchanged insisting on full payment, ultimately leading to opening a dispute with PayPal through which I made the payment. I consider myself fortunate for choosing to make the payment via paypal. The payment was refunded in full when I made it clear that the dispute will not be closed unless the payment is settled. Customer service doesnt even care to offer an apology for the trouble, rather they seemed to be keen on making me to accept their store credit and other products. Apparently this appears to be a regular pattern with this enterprise and I would advise everyone to avoid any dealings with Sareeka. Never had an experience like this before in my entire life. I am releived that my dispute was settled in short time without having to go through much suffering. Thanks to PayPal.

They are out there to keep your monies and once you pay there is no professionalism to honor the item or any damage that was obviously caused by them. I bought 3 dresses, after they accepted payment, they told me 2 weeks later that one is out of stock and kept insisting to take store credit or choose another dress. After long nagging on the 2 available dresses shipping time, which was beyong advertised time, they finally got me the package only to find ciggarette burns on the dress my daughter was to wear at her Sweet Sixteen. Totally ruined our Sweet 16 plans. I DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They have $250 of my US dollars and wont refund me these funds

I placed an order 7 weeks ago, and emailed at the same time that I needed the garments no later than March 1 to travel out of town to a wedding-- I received assurances that I would have them before my desired date... 4 weeks later I contacted them again since nothing had arrived. Then I'm told there would be a delay- of unknown length of time, "my patience is expected"-- in 4 days I leave, they have my money, I have nothing. Dishonest, deceitful, horrid company to do business with. To bad no stars is an option!

I bought an outfit from Sareeka and she sewed it in kids size and sent it to me. When I contacted them they said return for refund and I've been writing to them for 2 years now for a refund or credit toward another item but they won't honor it. They asked for all my info, payment and all which\I provided but once they got the info they stopped replying my emails.

I placed an order on Nov 6 and after repeated follow-up they just told me it is in process. After 3 weeks of follow-up on mail they told me my product is no longer available. I have ordered the dress for INR 7686. 00 specially for wedding purpose. Concerned, I emailed them at *******@sareeka.com and asked to cancel my order and refund my money immediately. Someone replied saying " ok, we will cancel your order and give you a refund"(no apologies, nothing). Another two weeks have passed but I still haven't received my refund and there is no response from sareeka. No one ever picks up phone given for customer care service *******344, *******344. I have come up with several reviews about this company on other website. This company should be immediately investigated and banned from business.
