I ordered a lahengha for my first sons wedding waited patiently paid for it by credit card which was charged to my statement right away. After a week or so I got an email that product is sold out and can't refund me and I should get a replacement!, BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!, I as a paying customer American dollars too! Should have the right to get my money back since I didn't even receive the product. They are taking advantage of foreign customers keeping their money and not giving them the product they specially ordered! SHAME ON THEM!
I have ordered formal outfits and Saree and all of my orders have been as expected. Their team keeps you updated by email and also make customized changes. My latest order arrived yesterday and I am very happy with that. Thank you Team sareeka.
I live in the USA and ordered a Punjabi suit with straight legs. It arrived in a timely manner yesterday, but while they had my exact measurement's the top around the bust line is way too tight and the arm holes are too tight. The back of neckline is way lower than I ordered.
The sleeve's are sewn on crooked so they hang badly, The garment has messy stitching along with fraying edges, and the cotton used is cheap and just breaks.
The pants are horrible and made of very cheap material. They do not give refunds on stitched items so I've just wasted $50.00 for something I will never wear.
I will never use these people again, Beware!
I ordered 2 ghaghras and 1 sari with stitched blouse, edge and fall. The ghaghras were mostly okay (the zipper was broken on one and stitched too close to the silky fabric). But the sari was a huge disappointment - on the website the image showed a grey color, but when I received it, it was an onion pink!

When I called regarding this discrepancy, the "smartass" answer I got from Yash was: the sari is double-shaded! This was not mentioned anywhere on the site and there was no tinge of grey from any angle in my sari. When I called again, Preeti answered saying I could return it based on return policy. When I reviewed the return policy, it said in RED, "We do not currently accept returns on stitched products"!
Finally, when I went back to the product detail page, it said "Item is out of stock"! That is when I connected the dots - what happened here is, the item was out by the time they decided to ship my order, so they sent me an alternate item with this excuse!
I am extremely upset by this experience and will never shop there again.
Don't ever buy anything from this website. They will lie to you about delivery date, giving you all kind of false hope. They don't answer your questions promptly after charging you exorbitant prices. You will never see your clothes that you have paid for so best to avoid this website at all cost. Fraud websites like this should be banned from operating.
I ORDERED 3 SAREES FOR MY MUM AND TWO AUNTIES. I WAS ONLY SENT TWO AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR THE REMAINING SAREE WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
