I purchased a stove from Canadian Appliance store. From the first day the stove wasnt working properly. I was given the number of a so called technician who said he had fixed the problem except it isnt fixed. After calling Samsung several times and given a different answer each time, i was finally told that they would do absolutely nothing! The stove takes forever to reach the required temperature. I will never buy Samsung again and it is the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
This is the most vile company I have ever dealt with. They are absolute LIARS! I am supposed to get a refund for my crappy refrigerator that I paid $3,000 for 2 years ago that is now irreparable. The technician deemed it so and I called Samsung to request a refund so I can buy another brand altogether. After over a month now of back and forth with customer service and incompetent employees telling me the figure was wrong for my refund and had to be "recalculated" week and after week of calling them! They are a wretched and conniving company that don't the $#*! from the whole in the ground. Still waiting on my refund that they said was canceled due to new policy changes that I can only exchange now!

I'm waiting Since 2 Months for Samsung J7 Battery Model Number: SM-J700FZDDINS. The battery is not available neither at Samsung Service Center nor on their website. When I Contacted them they said you have to wait this is only option you have. 1 star given as 0 star option is not available.
I send my super clean S7 Edge do all what they said about factory reset and send next day that I get the return box, they take 150 usd. For the trade towards the new phone, 4 month later they take 125 usd. Out of my account and said that I have to do some other weird thing to the phone and that they are going to take possession of the phone for $25 dollars, we ask to charge the full price for the new phone and return the old one that we know its worth a lot more, they said not sorry, just stole it with white gloves
Will never buy a Samsung product again, I bought a Gear s2 watch and it never worked right from the start. I took 9 or 10 phone calls and countless hours of my time and a month and a half later and twice sending in for service it still doesnt work, just awful customer service. I told them finally to go f themselves.

She broke it though I could send it in for repair thinking it would be $59.

I ordered my s view phone case from samsung.com in March 2018. It took 2 weeks to get case.
April 2018 the case would not allow me use of my phone. When I opened case to use phone. I got a message that said open case. Duh the case is open. I called samsung and first they said it was past the return date. Eventually they said ok they would fix or replace phone case.
I sent case to samsung and called and emailed continuously. They started that I did not send a purchase receipt -- which they could obtain from another department. They had to send the receipt to me and then I had to fax not email it to them. After 5 times they finally said ok just email it. I did and received another email stating that since I did not send the receipt they are sending the defective case back to me. I continued to complain and they agreed that they would fix or replace the case. So I sent the case back and received a new case. I'm having the same issues with the case.
I have sent another email and can not get anyone to help me. This all took from April to June. The case was 59.99. I requested my money back and I have not heard from them. Also when I send an email... I was told that "another department" has to open the email so they could not confirm if they received it.
The. Customer service is the absolute worst. I have never dealt with a company with such terrible customer service.
My next phone will be an iPhone since the service is so terrible. The s view phone case was actually what made my decision to get the s9 instead of iPhone 8. Prior to getting my s9 I just bought cheap android phones.
I got the phone through my job so I only paid $1 for the phone. So it will not hurt at all to change to iPhone.
I purchased a $2,000 refrigerator in July of 2017 loved the unit but three months later the unit quit working. We proceeded in November 2017 to either try and get it fixed or replaced but since no technicians are in our area we were told by Samsung to proceed with their one year free replacement warranty. It is now the middle of June 2018 and still no refund or any help from Samsung! They have had all documents and information from our end from the beginning but for some reason nothing is being done and no one knows what is going on! I call multiple times every week to get the same run around BS while still do not have a working refrigerator! I've never in all my years as a paying customer been treated like this! Myself and the rest of my family will never purchase another Samsung appliance ever again!
I purchased a galaxy s8 an year back and couple of months later it started to power on and power off on a continuous loop. I contacted the customer service and they told me to send the phone over. Couple of weeks later, without any prior call or email, I get my phone back saying that they couldn't find any issue with phone. So, I called them again and sent my phone, This time they found the problem with the phone and replaced parts but when they sent the phone to me it was same phone with newer parts but with incompatible cable which would fit previous versions of samsung like s7, s6 etc., I contacted the customer service they said they would send me a new charger in two days and I waited till like 10 days but I didn't receive it. There is more to the story, I called them again and they said someone forgot to send the charger and they had me on phone like for 30 mins until they said they will be sending the new charger and cable. Overall, I would say Samsung has the worst customer service in the entire world and call me crazy but I would rather pickup a rock and pretend its my phone rather than purchasing any product with samsung ever again. Hope this experience reaches out to the worst customer service ever and helps out other people in not purchasing this crappy product and working around with their service for months
Samsung's customer service is horrendous. They would do better just not having customer service reps as their agents are sarcastic, hang up and a huge detriment to their company. Its the opposite of customer service.
Their s8 and s9 devices are arguably the most fragile in the industry, despite their good functionality.
Making phones entirely out of glass because of the visual appeal is pointless because in order to protect your phone you have to get a solid case that protects the entire device. These are NOT strong phones.
Called Samsung asking about an easy way to get the phone repaired, and they said it had to be sent across the country to do so. (there was an authorized samsung repair where I live they were unable to tell me about)
When I complained about the fragility of their device, the agent became sarcastic and said "well its made of glass!" In the same call he said how strong the glass was.
This company is a joke, they do NOT care about anything but your money, even at the expense of their own reputation. They have no way to escalate anything besides copy and paste agents who repeat the same line without even understanding what your concerns were to begin with.
Tread with caution buying ANYTHING Samsung. They have a strong reputation for abysmal service. If you ever have to call them for anything... good luck.
I had ordered kids(1+1)ninjago tablets on dec 3rd 2017, 1pc received after a month, 2nd tablet not received yet(6/13/18). Checking with Samsung Support, they do not have any idea and telling back order. I have never had this experience. Better not to order anything with Samsung.

I order an Samsung Gear S3 Frontier Smart watch from Samsung.com.
They(Samsung.com) shipped me an empty box and they refuse to refund me or send me a replacement.
They DO NOT take any responsibility.
They use UPS Mail Innovation to ship it. It is extremely slow, and the shipment uses 11 days to arrive my home as an empty box.
Obviously, the watch was stolen. After an 30 days investigation, they deny my request for a replacement or refund.
They kick me back to the shippers.
However, either UPS or USPS (we deliver me this empty box) refuse to take my claim since this UPS MI belongs to either UPS or USPS and the whole shipping is just a joke.

I dropped my samsung 8s only had it for 8 months cracked glass, samsung told me that it was not covered? Talked to friends and a Lot of them have the same problem, sound to me like a bad or weak glass? Maybe they should build a product that will last for more than 8 months.

Sorry I can no longer stand my Samsung I so muched enjoyed in the pass. There are too many pop ups on my phone now causing to many missed calls/texts and disruption to every day apps I like to use Maps and Pandora. My girlfriend and loved ones are doing the same. Samsung sold us out to pay their CEO's and forgot about the loyal and hardworking customers.
I had purchase the phone on 04/17 and return it on 04/25. But have accidentally send it to trade in department instead of return department. Which trade in department has received on 04/25. Till today's date i haven't receive my refund yet. Initially i was told it will take longer time 21-30 days after 30 days passed by i was told it will take 7 days. I have waited all this days but no refund yet. The product was financed from Samsung i have already made 1st pmt and 2nd pmt is due on 06/17. I am making payments for no reason.
This concern has transferred to so called higher department 10 times already but no response yet.
I don't know what's going on here, i understand since its was my error it takes time but now this is taking ridiculously long time.

Samsung is USUALLY my phone if choice. But this Samsung 8 SUCKS! I charge it 4 or 5 times a day and its still ALWAYS under 25% most of the day. It dies on me at least 2 times a day. And it gets so extremely hot you can't even touch it. It actually caused damage to my debit card that was in my wallet case! I've only had it a few weeks and I already can't wait to get a new phone. Shame on you Samsung you just lost a very loyal customer. Fix your crap BEFORE you put a 400.00 phone on the market!
The latest piece of junk product from samsung that we foolishly bought was the r9000 vacuum bot. The retailer won't accept a return because it's electronics and samsung wants money to fix a defective product. Retailers enjoy great margins while consumers add samsung products to the landfill
Three months ago I bought a new Samsung Qled tv and it stopped working two days ago out of the blue. I called Samsung and within two days they sent someone to my house and luckily I had warranty with Samsung for a year they fixed the problem with no charge and btw the guys name is Scott he was awesome!
I ordered a 65" UHD tv from Samsung at a discount. After waiting a month for it to ship I finally get notification from Samsung that I can schedule deliver. I click the link per their instructions and enter my zip code but I need a consignee reference. Not know what that number was, as they did not provide it, I contacted the customer service chat. I asked them 4 times what number I was to use for the consignee to which they reply, we already sent an email. Yes, I received the email. You need to click the link and enter your zip code to schedule. Yes, I have already done that. After going back and forth for 30 minutes they finally gave me the information I needed, the order number. Wow, that was difficult. So, then I proceed to enter in the AGS website to schedule my order. It can't be scheduled online. So then I call the shipping company who transfers me 3 times, talk to a women who says they do not actually ship it and puts me on hold for a conference call to another company. Wait on hold 15 minutes to find out they are gone for the day and that my tv had shipped to the wrong location anyhow. What a poor process and poor support. In my opinion Samsung should have all of this garbage handled, free shipping is not so free when you factor in all of the wasted time.
TLDR - Had I known then what I know now I would have just went to Best Buy and got the TV. Saving $200 buy ordering through Samsung directly was not worth all the wasted effort and wait.

Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
