I received a tablet for Mother's day. The S pen was broken. I contact Best Buy but was referred to Samsung which II did. On 5/23/18 I made contact was advised that it was under warranty. I received a ticket and returned the pen which they received on 5/30/18. On 6/12/18 I contacted them because I hadn't received the pen. I was told the pen was on back order and I would be contacted in 30 minutes with options to include refund. Call was never received. On follow up 8/23/18 I was advised that the claim was escalated on 7/30/18. I am still waiting to hear from Samsung. Exactly 3 months later and no contact or resolution. Very disappointed customer
Buy at risk. When the company upgrades they no longer support the original sale. It's your fault and then you get to talk to the company in another country who does not care what you spent you can pay for tech or not. No thanks! There's no care. I can't even find a creditable phone number that won't numb my concern like in the country I paid money for. Samsung never even paid attention to. Oooh maybe!! Don't contact me and make me feel little or delete my post. Thanks Samsung. I used to like you.
Samsung customer services is without question the worst customer services I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
If you can find another product, I urge you to go elsewhere. If something goes wrong with your product, or you need to return something, or you just need technical support, you will find the most inept service that will probably result in you losing the will to live.
I bought a suite a Samsung appliances 13 months ago. These were middle-of-the-road appliances costing around $4000 for a suite of 4 appliances. During the first 12 months of ownership, the refrigerator broke 4 times and the dishwasher broke 4 times. The appliances were warrantied for 1 year. Dealing with Samsung on the phone was outlandishly bad. I spent over 12 overs on the phone over the course of 3 days getting the last repair order for both refrigerator and dishwasher straight! 12 hours! I asked to be compensated for my time as that was completely unreasonable. 2 managers assured me I'd be emailed a form to submit, neither sent the form. At this moment, my dishwasher is again broken. The tub has cracked and is leaking. Again, my appliances are now 13 months old! I've never dealt with a company like this, and find the quality of their products absolutely abysmal. SAMSUNG PRODUCTS SUCK AS DOES THEIR SERVICE. TRUST ME; DON'T BUY SAMSUNG. Samsung products are junk and their customer service ranks as horrible.
So, my husband bought me a Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro in December of 2017. I loved my watch and wore it at night to track my sleep and during the day to track my activity. The only time I would remove my watch was to charge it up. One of the activities that I tracked one day was swimming. The swimming I did was in pool water no more than 5 feet deep. Samsung advertises that the Gear Fit 2 Pro as being rated for use in up to 150 feet or more of water depth. Samsung advertises this specific watch for use while swimming, even in pictures.
Around June of this year, 2018, my Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro watch stopped functioning. It was still under manufactures warranty so my husband sent it back to Samsung for repair or replacement. It was sent back with no repairs nor replacement. The packing slip stated the mother board had water damage and could not be repaired.
My husband and I were very upset about my supposedly water proof, non-functioning watch and called customer support. They gave us many excuses including one excuse about the watch was not for use in chlorinated water- which is counter-intuitive for a watch advertised for use in pools. Anyhow, after a few hours on the phone and after escalation to a manager, I was told to send my watch back and it would either be repaired or replaced. My husband and I had to call back yet another time about the shipping label because the Samsung team did not follow through and email the label.
We finally received the label and once again shipped out my watch to Samsung. After about 9 days we received a box back from Samsung. I got my hopes up high for my beloved Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro watch only to yet be disappointed, once again, to find out that Samsung had not kept its promise and had returned my dead Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro watch, but with no explanation whatsoever. My husband called them back again, and even sent an email and was told that the warranty did not cover water damage and that the manager did not have the authority or right to offer us a water repair or replacement.
What Samsung doesn't know is that for many, many years we have purchased over a dozen cell phones, 4 televisions, multiple washers and dryers for our businesses and our home, laptops and smart watches, plus other Samsung accessories. With this one minor incident we have completely lost trust and faith in their products and we will NEVER do business with Samsung EVER again! They are the worst for customer service and they do not stand behind what they advertise.
My title says it all. Flag my account and try to force me to pay cash when I had 2200 in financing. What a waste of 2 weeks. Do not use these guys.
I have purchased a Samsung tablet, which stopped working within a year. So, I contacted service center and mailed it to them but they returned since the device was not manufactured in US. It is ridiculous as it is a Samsung device within guarantee period. The worst thing is that they removed my glass protector and sent it back. I am short of words to express my disappointment and anger as they actually stole my glass protector while they did not even try to touch my device to fix it. I chatted online/talked to 5 Samsung agents and they just passed me to another person. Finally, I spent $15 on mail and over $20 on glass protector and wasted some hours talking to them!
NEVER EVER buy a Samsung product as they just want to sell their rubbish products. Do not expect any customer services.
THE WORST EVER!
This website helps me see how much data and phones usage I've used. Its pretty easy and simple to use.
Spent $800 on a Samsung TV and the picture went exactly 1 year plus 2 weeks. Samsung refused to repair because it was past the 1 year warranty. Seriously... 2 weeks? This company will never see my money again and I am more than happy to tell everyone about my experience. Doesn't deserve 1 star.
Samsung 9 is a great phone but if Samsung is listening. You have to make it a bit less sensitive to the touch. Its very hard to handle and the the phone jumps from one app to another. Other than that... its a step in the future
Less then 18 month old black stainless steel free standing stove. I used the self cleaning cycle on my oven for the first time, the paint around the oven handle started to peel. I contact Samsung customer service, sent pictures and was told it was only cosmetic and they will not make good, basicly it is my problem and I will need to buy new parts if I want it fixed. This is a unexceptable answer from such a big name company. The stove peeling is not from something I did worng buy it is from Samsung's defect in their product.
I have a Samsung refrigerator: 4 yrs old, ice machine horrible - makes about 4 glasses of ice then its empty. Then periodically the motor ices up and I have to unscrew the inside back panel and thaw it out or the ice will burn out the fan motor that cools the fridge! Have a Samsung S9 - horrible, ppl. Tell me they can't understand what I'm saying when I'm on speaker phone b/c it sounds warbled. I also have a 3 yr. Old Samsung dishwasher - horrible. The thing is so noisy you can't run it and watch t. V.@ same time. NEVER buying foreign again. All a bunch of junk.
After purchasing 3 Samsung appliances and spending thousands of dollars, you would think that they would care enough about addressing a simple issue like a dent on a door. On my initial call a very pleasant and help young lady assured me that the door on my flex refrigerator would be replaced. After two cancellations from the service center for not having the part, a technician came looked at the door sent a picture, contacted the service center for approval which was denied and left all in a matter of 5 To 8 minutes. They consider the dent a "cosmetic " issue. So after this experience I feel that once they have your money they pretty much don't care about the consumer.
Unfortunately there's no zero points here.
My Samsung Galaxy S8 is not even a year old yet and is still under warranty. Yesterday (07/18/2018) in the morning it was working perfectly fine until I put it to charge. It got frozen on Samsung screen and was like that until the battery died. Tried to charge it, reboot it, restart it, did all trouble shooting I knew of, nothing changed. So, I went to ATT (my provider), they also tried all the things (nothing changed) and suggested to call Samsung since the phone is still under warranty. So, I did.
Their Warranty policy has recently changed that I didn't know of. Now first you have to send them the device first for their technicians to check that it is device's defect and I didn't do anything to it. This takes 9 to 11 business days! 2 WEEKS without the phone!
The supervisor that I spoke to offered me to go to ATT and ask them for a temporary phone although this is not ATT's fault. He offered me to go to a walk in service center to have them trouble shoot my phone. There are 3 locations here where I live and all of them are about 30 minutes drive and I don't have a car... And there's nothing else they can do for me.
This phone is my only access to the outside world, I don't have anything else like laptop, tablet etc. And I took better care of this phone than of myself!
Now I'm from a different country and have no way of getting in touch with my family for who knows how long. I don't have access to my email, I can't pay my bills (now I would have to go to every single store I have a card with and pay there). I simply don't know what time it is because I don't wear a watch...
I have to suffer for the unspecified period of time for something that is not my fault and SAMSUNG DOESN'T CARE!
I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR 6 YEARS AGO. I BOUGHT TOP OF THE LINE. THE FREEZER QUIT WORKING IN IT. I WAS TOLD ABOUT THE PROCESS OF ELIMINATION TO FIND THE PROBLEM. I COULD SPEND ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE REFRIGERATOR COST AND IT COULD STILL NOT WORK. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A JOKE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG OR LG APPLIANCE AGAIN!
I purchased a dryer in 2013. On June 11,2018 I called Samsung for service, dryer was not creating any heat. A technician came by the next day he couldn't find the gas line to turn it off. He took the dryer apart and put it back and said he had to order a part. I called Samsung back on June 15th to see what the status was. The person I spoke to said I had to call a different number (NISI service center) ok so I call and a different technician came back (on June 19th) with no part. He gave me no answer why no part. He said there was no pressure coming from gas pipe on wall to gas line hooked up to dryer. He refused to come back and said the problem was the gas line. He said I had to cal PSE&G to check CX gas line. So I call PSE&G and explained the whole ordeal to them. They (PSE&G) came by on June 25,2018 and an hour later said gas line is fine. I then called Samsung back and told them that PSE&G said it's not the gas line and got nowhere. I have tried other options but to no avail my dryer is still not working. (It's July 16,2018 and still no dryer) I'm sorry I didn't review this product before I bought it.
I bought my Note 8 this year but I'm sooo looking forward to the Note 9 on August 9. I might just trade-in!
I sent my phone into Samsung after they put a REFURBISHED battery in my phone when I paid $100 USD for a new one, they promised me a free repair but then said my LCD and other parts needed to be repaired, then I ask if the part is broken, they say NO and then go on making bs about how it COULD break in the future, but it isn't broken. They continue to claim that if I dont get the other parts repaired then they wont repair anything, so was the case. Please if you are reading this review, DO NOT get a repair from Samsung. Sometimes they are nice but most of the time they just lie and stall and screw you over and then end up never doing anything and you need a repair about six months later.
I have been waiting now for 2 weeks just to receive an order that it took them 1 day to take my money from my account. Funny thing is I wish I would have read the reviews from this web site first, because dealing worth this company's customer service team is really a joke. They won't listen to your real issues and us sarcasm as a means to answer a lot of your guestions or for their answers!
They are cheats and liars. I bought the galaxy s9 and even before I started using it i put it in a case and put a screen protector on it. I used the phone for five days and returned it because it had some mark at the top left like a cracked screen and the battery drains soo fast though I had few apps and this is what they sent" We were unable to grant you the refund for the following reason(s):
Either product has physical damage (or) return received outside of returns window (or) return is missing parts (or) return not in OEM box. "
There was nothing wrong with the phone and i have pictures. I called their customer service and the lady said the phone is not with her so she cant say what the specific problem why they are returning the phone is.
