DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY ON YOUR SAMSUNG PHONE. BETTER YET, DON'T BUY A SAMSUNG PHONE. They replaced my defective Galaxy Note 4 with another defective phone. It was defective from the time I received it. When I received the replacement, Samsung would not transfer the small balance of the warranty that was on the previous one (the one replaced) nor would they allow me to buy a warranty on the one they sent me. That should have tipped me off right there! It's obviously part of their plan for it to cost them nothing when a claim is made for replacement on the warranty that you paid big bucks for. They sent me a replacement phone that was not new or even a working phone. They told me there is nothing they can do because it was not on warranty!. So much for their original 2-year warranty which they did not honor by failing to replace the phone with a working phone. So much for their poor quality phones. And, so much for their customer service and customer loyalty. All I can say about the Samsung phone is that they are great when they work well but they have a very short working life and they are super expensive. Samsung is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Please pass this on and help me make a point with #Samsung and other companies that are unethical in their practices.
I ordered for a Samsung phone battery Before 5 days but still no response from Samsung online store. I also tried to track online from shop.samsung.co/in but that portal is not working properly also contact numbers are not available on that portal. I will never recommend others to shop from Samsung online store.
I bought a gear g2 watch in the end of February 2018 from At&t. The watch burned me in March 2018 I contacted Samsung they repaired and returned. It only some what worked after first week it began to burn me again. I contact Samsung they want to give me 200 for watch or repair and return same watch! Either way I still have burn mark on my arm and still have to pay contract thur At&t.
Don't be fooled and purchase a product from Samsung.com, they will not help you or support you when your cellphone after their own mistakes stops working appropriately. THEY DON'T HAVE A LOANER CELLPHONE PROGRAM, IF YOUR CELLPHONE IS BAD TOO SORRY FOR YOU... THEY WILL REQUIRE FOR YOU TO SHIP YOUR PHONE AT YOUR EXPENSE AND ONCE THEY RECEIVED IT YOU WILL GET IT BACK WITHIN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS, WITHOUT A LOANER OR ANY TYPE OF HELP FROM THEM SO YOUR SERVICE OR THE ENJOYMENT OF YOUR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ARRIVES. I know that no one Samsung will ever read this but if they do and think that I am lying here is my last ticket number # *******111. They do not care the fact that after paying $750 or more you have to be without communication for about 15 calendar days for the process to be complete. Please don't be deceived for after you purchase your product you will be on your own, I am very disappointed about all the lies and waste of three week of trying out to get a resolution. Purchase your product from your carrier who provide you service not ever from the manufacturer as Samsung they do not care about servicing you but to deceived you in getting your money and leaving you behind. Please don't do any trade in programs with Samsung. They will trick you. They will tell you your phone is not eligible for a trade in after the return time frame. So you think you getting a good deal when you are trading in. But not really. You will be able to find better pricing on other website. All of my family members are using Samsung phones. This will be the last time as well. Never going to do business with Samsung. They are terrible. Customer service sucks. Please don't buy Samsung from Samsung directly.
Never, ever, ever buy a Samsung. AVOID. If anything goes wrong (and it most likely will) you will be accountable and will be charged extortionate rates. The warranty service is an absolute myth, they will find any excuse not to even attempt to fix your product. My Samsung S7 Edge has a fault with the phone however they will not even look at it because of a scratch on the screen. Before even touching the phone they are trying to charge £220, and that is just the start. It's not enough paying £500 + for a handset. Greedy scum.
Horrible customer support! Purchased new S9. The phone was defective from the start not wanting to stay connected to WiFi. Returned phone per their suggestion. I inadvertently neglected to include the usb charging cable in the return, causing the return to be rejected, causing the phone to be returned to me. I contacted Samsung Direct customer service to rectify the situation having met all other return criteria. I was told that I have only the single chance to return the device and that the policy is that they will not accept the phone back. So now I have two $719.00 phones. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG DIRECT!
OK, paid up for this device. Amazingly, it comes with everything you need, EXCEPT, the wall plug to charge it with. Tried all of my USB compatible wall plugs, nothing worked. Samsung requires you to use THEIR wall plug adapter, which they are out of!
They first referred me to a Samsung adapter that is not even produced yet, then they referred me to one, over 3 weeks ago, that is on back order! They do not respond to service requests at all. How can this company sell a product, you can't use? Then ignore you as well? Avoid at all costs!
Got an appliance suite from the website. The products are cool, but if anything goes wrong, the customer service is aggressively bad. Like you call for an appointment and they call 9 times over the course of a day to confirm (for whatever crazy reason), and then call you a 10th time to tell you you don't really have an appointment. Also, they said our cabinet damage from the leaking dishwasher was due to an installation issue and wasn't their problem. When we pointed out that they had arranged installation and asked how to get in touch with the company, they said they don't keep records of installation. Every time we call (which is too often) they seem to have trouble accepting that we bought everything directly from them so they can't pawn us off to Home Depot or Lowes. It's hard to imagine them doing worse if they tried.
I contacted Samsung because my S6 started to go wrong.
The support center sent a return company to collect it.
3days later I got it back and they told had come into contact with liquid.
This is not true it had not been anywhere where it could have got wet.!
They go on to saying that it is not covered by the warranty.
This is the last time I will buy anything Samsung.
I was very Disappointed with there decision not to repair it.
I taken it to Vodafone and they told me it was the touch screen that had malfunctioned.

My 4 years Old Samsung Note is still running like charm. I think its value for the money have gone very far. Good phone manufacturer.
Bought a television beginning of March through their Samsung financial sounded like a great deal. Television was to be delivered a week later, made special accommodations to be there. Moved furniture to clear path. Hours into waiting I get an email from shippers that tv is damaged, and they have to send it back to Samsung warehouse, which they received. Samsung states theyve received but cannot refund me for a month. Ugh! Do not buy from Samsung direct
When my mom have problems with her 2nd-hand S4 that still have 3 months warranty, I tool it down to their Service Center in town. After a short wait, I was finally served by a officer. The officer said that they could not solve my problem because the phone has been tempted before. I asked for more details because we were told the phone is still under warranty and that we should have no problem.
She just repeated rudely that the phone is tempted and they couldn't do anything about it! I told them I was cheated by the reseller and asked her if she could provide me with some evidence or a statement to prove that so that I could go back to the reseller with it.
What she did next is totally unacceptable - she just ignored me and then turn to call the next customer in line! So I told her this is not acceptable and I wasn't done asking.
She glared at me and then asked for help from her colleague beside and I was called over. He asked me rudely, "what is wrong?". I told him the situation and he said they could not show me the evidences unless their manager approved it. So I asked for the manager and he just said, "our manager won't be in the whole day, you should come back another day!" And he went to call the next customer!
This is the kind of customer service they provide! In the end, problem was not solved.
Luckily, our reseller was kind enough to check for us and then exchange a brand new phone for us as apology.
Ordered a new Samsung s9plus on march 3rd and never received yet on the 16th so called to find out where is it and customer service said order was incomplete but didn't know how to fix the problem, asked for someone higher up and he couldn't fix it either because he had no authority! So what good does it do to have customer service if they cant help you out! I have ordered in time for the max rebate off on new phone but now they are saying since order wasn't placed in time didn't get it! REALLY?!?!?!?! How ridiculously is this when they knew I placed order on 3rd and they didn't know how to fix it so told me to order another. Even emailed president and they are worse yet! No wonder there customer service sucks! There president of Samsung does as well, so I guess follow in the head honchos foot steps!

I purchased an upgrade box for a Samsung TV that cost me $4,000.00. I purchased directly from Samsung. The box died after three weeks. I contacted Samsung. They agreed to exchange the box. It is now two months later. No replacement box and their customer service people are unable to find out what is going on (14 calls later). All they say is that the exchange is being handled in the order received but that they cannot investigate or find out or provide any information. Honest, those are their words. I would never, ever buy another Samsung product.
I purchased a S9 cell which is not working properly. Tech support tells me to call sales, sales tells me to call tech support.

Bought a 58 in Samsung LED 4k Tv, it wasn't compatible with my in-line cable outlet. Took 6months for them to return the TV after multiple technicians came out and verified the problem was with the model of the tv. As a consumer, I never had to check if a tv was compatible with the cable service. Fast forward 6months of not being able to receive my channels, they offered me a $30 pair of headphones. Mind you, I wasted 24hrs of my time over the phone with them. So much for their excellent customer service..
I have spent over $3,000 in samsung products and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. When someonthing break 4 months atfter purchase they could careless about helping. I will never purchase a samsung product as long as I live and nor should you.

Samsung and customer service SUCKS!
Samsung customer service SUCKS! It took 3 months to get information to return my new Gear S3, a $350 watch. Samsung received the watch in January and its now March and I have nothing. I was told so many lies by so many different people. This lets me know that its a company issue and not employee issue. I actually had a service tech tell me he had the watch in front of him for repair and would have it to me that week. I literally received a email within 5 minutes of hanging up to say the watch could not be repaired due to missing part. I was finally told I would receive a refund that same week and have yet to receive it. I've literally called every week since then and have been lied to each time. First it was in process and "oh sorry, i will get this expedited" and still nothing as of today. I am out of a watch and lost money on the data purchased to use it monthly. Worst products and even worse customer service! Reading the issues everyone is having, we should post this in as many places as possible, its the only way they listen, when they lose money and customers...
I sent in my galaxy note 5 to trade in for the galaxy note 8. My phone was in perfect shape and could have easily sold it for $350 private party but the said they would give us $300 as long as it turned on and had no cracks plus would give us a wireless charger and memory card for trading up so we sent it in we got the new phone no problems until we got the bill and they only gave us $25 for my old phone. What a scam they are pulling. They wont send our phone back and we have done numerous calls and talked to managers and they wont do anything to help. We could have traded it to sprint store foe $200 but decided tp get direct for an extra $100 what a mistake that was. We will never deal with samsung again they are a ripoff company. Stay away from them

Answer: I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.
