Samsung TV = terrible

I cannot recommend Samsung televisions. My experience with this TV, namely the problems with its firmware that Samsung either can't or won't fix, indicates to me they are only interested in making sales and have zero interest in service.

The television picture looks good, but these are the issues they will not resolve:

- There is a lip-sync delay with the soundbar that cannot be aligned despite manipulating anything in the settings menu

- Occasionally you will get a frozen "blue screen of death" when switching between apps. The only way to solve this when it happens is to completely disconnect the TV from its power source (i. E. unplugging it)

- It will spontaneously and unpredictably turn itself back on. I've seen this happen up to a minute after the power button on the remote is pushed off. Sometimes I will come home or come downstairs in the middle of the night and the set will be on.

- Some features on the settings menu will periodically gray themselves out and are inexplicably and are unavailable to adjust when that happens

Samsung is aware of these issues. In searching online for solutions to these frustrations, I have read so many complaints about this and their other products that my experience with this QLED set is enough to convince me never to buy any other Samsung product.

No one At Samsung knows where to route you for presales questions.
I was routed 7 different times incorrectly back and forth between tech and sales and none of them able to tell me about extended warranties. I was given 5 different numbers to call and none of them worked.
If you can't even get a simple question answered, why should anyone bother buying a monitor from Samsung.
I was given 5 different numbers to call and they were either always with a busy signal or were the previous numbers I had already called. I even tried the chat and same thing. Never got 1 person to answer my extended warranty question. They said click the link I sent you but the link either did not work or didn't answer my specific questions. What a waste of time. Their customer service stinks!

Horrible service

If you are looking to sit on hold for an hour and 40 min each time you need assistance then please choose Samsung. Oh, and they love to hang up after your rediculous wait times as well! So frustrated.

Microwave...

I bought a microwave 5 months ago and it stopped working, I called customer service regarding repair and they told me someone would call, nobody called... when I called they told me the parts for the microwave was ordered. When I asked how do they know what's wrong with it if you never came out. They hang up. I called back then I was told who I needed was out on lunch, I left my name and number and o never received a call... I called back two days later then was told that someone is coming out almost 2 weeks wait. They finally showed up very late and told me they have to order a parts. I asked them what parts did they order before and the guy told me a handle then couldn't answered why someone microwave wouldn't work because of a handle being broken... he ignored me and left, then told me they will be back a week later... when the time come they canceled because the tech had a family emergency, they called the next day and when I called back I couldn't get the person that's working in my area and she seems to always be in lunch. I called back Samsung and still no insight to the microwave being fixed. I never had this problem with LG...

My daughter bought a Samsung phone. 5 months after purchase phone would not start after a full charge.
Called Samsung and spoke to several representatives finally asking for a supervisor. I was assured the supervisor would return the call within 2 day, but 4 days later I had to call back. Reps' all spout the "policy" and have no authority to accommodate a replacement request. Finally got to speak to "Sherwin" who claimed to be a supervisor. He advised that he, nor his manager had the authority to make any exception to their policy of returning the phone for repair. I asked him then to connect me with the CSR to get a return ticket number and he instead transferred me to the carrier!
Probably the worst customer service I've experienced and I have worked professionally for many, many years!
I certainly will NOT be purchasing Samsung products again
My rating would be ZERO stars, but had to select one!

I recently purchased a Sam sung electric smooth top range.It came with a defect on the smooth top area.The first time that I cooked on the range, I got some water on the top of the range.The instructions that I received from the company was let the stove top cool. Then wipe it with a smooth damp cloth which I did.The water spots did not come off unless I used cerami brite and even after using the product I still saw residue spots. To make a long story short I called the company and they told me that they would not replace the smooth top.The defect was not my fault. I will never buy anything from Sam Sung again.As long as the company got my money that is all that they care about. I am hoping that consumers do not buy their products until they change there policies and start caring about the consumer and not themselves. I plan on going to the higher ups to plead my case.

I pre-ordered my phone and when it did not arrive on the day it was supposed to I called customer service. I talked to someone for an hour before they hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else for a while. They were not very helpful and when I asked for their name or if I could speak with someone else they hung up on me. I then called again and they said there was nothing they could do before I even told them what was going on. Worst customer service ever. I was on the phone for 3 hours and got nothing accomplished.

Awful customer services
January 20, 2021

My husband bought me a new S20 FE for Christmas but after 3 weeks phone started glitching. After a bad attempt to fix it remotely (including factory reset) it was agreed that we will do exchange since I was entitled on one ( complain within 28 days). I sent my phone, they have received it and instead of sending me a new one they've done a refund. When I saw that i immediately sent them and email that was not what we agreed on but got reply: We aim to reply within 5 working days.
When I called them they told me to buy another one, which is now more expensive and I said no, it's their fault and they have to fix it. I asked to talk to a manager and they said that someone will call me. Today I called again and was given info that they will call me at 12:40.40 min after still no call and i have been queuing on the phone for the last 2:30 hours. They tried to arrange a call back but I did not agreed on that. This is the worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. Instead of apologising and sending me a new phone they just don't care. The worst thin is I cannot access my bank account because I have 12 year old phone that has to be connected all the time to a power source and is so old that I cannot install any applications on it. For a company like Samsung this a a disgrace.

Worst customer service in my life

I ordered from Samsung.com as I expected better service than ordering through a 3rd party like Home Depot. However, it has been an ongoing nightmare due to incompetence of the installers and atrocious customer service of Samsung.com. On the 1st installation, they dented the oven and drove off. It took 2 hours and 5-6 different people passing the buck before finally getting a replacement. When they came back with the new range, they also installed my dishwasher but screwed it up. I was left with a slow leak that destroyed my kitchen cabinets and laminate floor. They refused to take responsibility and i had to use my home insurance. In addition, the new range was also damaged during the install but I didn't notice until after the kitchen was repaired. When i called Samsung, I got bounced between sales and tech support 11 times! I had to explain the whole thing to 9 different agents (hung up on twice). No one will take responsibility and help me.

Samsung has the worse customer service. They lie and give runaround and keep apologizing. The give themselves a phony American sounding name and it seems their objective is to do nothing. God forbids if you have technical problems. They make their best effort to make sure that YOU are doing something wrong. Even their "How we are doing" email survey is phony. If you say "you are Not satisfied" they won't let you to send it back to them.

Samsung sucks i just had a question about my samsung pass talked to 5 people got hung up on twice. I messaged 2 different people on the samsung contact website got treansfered to some other message person. Still have no answers and i hzve to call back so i canget this figured out but all they do is hang up on you and cause frustration. LITTERALLYY THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ive ever expierenced.

Broken on arrival

Installer unboxed tv, Screen completely smashed. Customer service made me feel like a criminal. Sent an inspector... he also made me feel it was my fault. After 10 days and as many phone calls. Returning tv with no replacement.(need to reorder)
That ain't happening! Sending back sound bar as well. Worst customer care ever!

Samsung washer

Ordered a Samsung washer and dryer, only based on the fact that Home Depot said they were available. They came three weeks later than expected, used the washer once, and now it doesn't work. Appliance repairman said the motherboard is fried, and he needs to order the part which could take a long time. Would definitely not recommend this company, because they have said that only if the motherboard does not work, would they consider sending me a new machine, and that will take months

IPhone user approves these headphones and in my opinion wayyyy better than the standard AirPods.
I did have the older versions and can confirm that these are louder and have better call quality. Everyone can hear me clearly and perfectly during long calls. I will update this review if anything goes wrong but I don't foresee it.

WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY!

If you could leave a zero star rating I would! 1 star is far too good for this company!

What an incredible and unbelievable scenario this is! I have come to leave a review on this platform because of one terribly frustrating experience my wife & I have had with Samsung. When I get to the site, I find they have a VERY POOR review rating! This is simply and totally chronic! What on earth are Samsung about?

Instead of writing this review to other potential customers to warn them of the disgraceful and simply non-existent customer service with Samsung - I am writing instead to Samsung themselves. To the managers and indeed to all employees in this despicable company. To the managers - you need to seriously get a grip. You need to read through these reviews and see just the enormous extent of customer dissatisfaction, frustration and rage you have about your company. To all the employees - one word - LEAVE. Do not waste your time putting your energy into this terrible company - I can't imagine how they must be treating you when they treat their customers worse than dog muck!

Social media is powerful - and with a rating like this, you will (hopefully) be suffering. I say hopefully, because the way you have treated us and many, many others on this platform is disgusting. Your appliances are rubbish, your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and your attitude is the lowest I've ever come in touch with.

To all potential customers of SAMSUNG - I have one sentence for you only:

DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT

While awaiting for my promo code and over 30 hours later, multiple chats and phone calls my product became unavailable. And then promo code came. After the fact 3 hang ups on chat and phone. I don't know how they hire their customer reps but I am disgusted with their negative attitude. I don't care about Samsung anymore. This is a direct representation of the company's head. No more Samsung for me or my family and believe me carma hits hard.

Samsung Deliver me faulty handset M31s. When a lodge complaint no one from samsung register any complaint. Then I handover my phone to service center after one month service center confirm that there is issue in handset. My handset is still in Service center from 3 months since i purchase. No one bother about customer. Smasung is blind and deaf
