DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG DISHWASHER.
We purchased a Samsung Dishwasher 6 weeks ago. One week ago we found water pooling at the base of the dishwasher during the wash cycle. We called Samsung support and they sent local service company to inspect for repair. Local company found a split in the seam which was responsible for the leak. There were no signs of damage to the exterior of the unit. If the unit had been dented or damaged from the exterior with force enough to impact the interior the aluminum plate on the side of the machine would have shown signs of impact. That was not the case. This was a manufacturing issue. When local service company called in to report findings, Samsung technical support declared leak due to "physical damage" and refuses to do anything in way of compensation. I called Samsung for 3 days being bounced from one dept to another and finally escalated the issue and they said their hands were tied b/c the Samsung Technical Support Team by way of video link and photos had deemed issue due to physical damage. The local repair company disagreed with the Samsung conclusion.

I have done some research over the last couple of days and have found I am not alone. Samsung dishwashers are a minefield of repair and manufacturing defects, my finding supported by anecdotal feedback from local repair company.

We were big fans of Samsung until this issue. We have purchased (2) refrigerators which we love but we will not purchase another Samsung product because of this experience.

I had returned the faulty handset and it been over 2 months I have been chasing them for my $1500 refund. They always give the same answer that they had sent an email to the back office and waiting for a reply. They say they can't call someone to find out wats happening neither they try to help. They put you on hold and feel like purposefully they are delaying my refund. Not sure what else to do I'm raising this concern with Consumer affairs but never buy from Samsung Australia directly. I feel these guys are crooks. Never ever buy from the SAMSUNG store online.

Bought the Samsung UN65KS9000 tv back in 2016
Unless you have an extended warranty Do NOT BOTHER buying any Samsung TV or any of their products.
Early on I have had light bleeding on the bottom of the screen.
Before the warranty ran out, one year, the screen was replaced twice after numerous discussions with the Samsung hierarchy. The
People on the Samsung trouble line phone number are polite and want to solve problems but once if goes to the Samsung hierarchy they want to blame it on the consumer.
After the warranty ran out the 2nd panel replacement had the same problem.
After various phone calls and a letter to Samsung corporate to replace the tv rather than replace the panel they decided to replace the panel.
About a year ago I started having the same problem.
I had the same tv repair company with the same repair person look at the tv.It cost me $65 to come and look at the tv. The repair person told me that it would cost me $1400 to replace the panel. The repair estimate went to Samsung and I never heard back from them.
I decided to live with the problem
But recently, after 4 years, I sent Samsung a corporate email about my problem for one last try. Someone from corporate called me to explain my problem.
After explaining and mentioning that this problem was all over the internet for this particular model the representative told me that the tv was too old and that Nothing could be done.
I told her to look online at all the complaints and to look at my past incidents. Again she told me again that nothing could be done!
Because of my frustration with Samsung I decided to write this review.

Washer dryers

Very disgusting and unprofessional customer service. I am never thinking that Samsung brand will put my life and my family on the risk.
On 22 October I place the order, the supply me faulty washer dryer, its took few days to start complain, 1 day for collection, and collection service even don't call when they arrive.
Was begin Samsung provide me washer dryer, because of Covid-19 I need wash my clothes more often.
Samsung say we have process 7-10 days for replacement, and I beg for replacement quicker, call 100 times... nothing
After 10 days I recieved replacement
Was huge scratch on the front door, and again complain, my partner was literally crying.
Samsung don't care, replacement will be 10 days.
Every 2 days I spend 9 pound for public laundry. I send around 20 emails
I made 100 calls ask for manager and waiting hours and nothing.
Spend more then 800 pounds and nothing
I wash my sock in the sink.
That its properly Samsung face, leave customer without nothing and keep my money.
3 bloody years I am not smoking, but after hours calling and repeat order number name adrees.
I was write them today asking for compensation, we will see what they reply and hopefully I will recieve my replacement after nearly month.
P. S they disposal my old indesit washing machine
Please avoid purchase directly from Samsung
If someone know CEO Samsung email, can you please share with me.

Website and initial order was fine for the purchase of my 4 kitchen appliances. It even told me it would be almost 2 months to get to me. I was fine with that.

Delivery never called and gave me a 10 minute heads up... We worked it out and I don't have any issues with delivery company on first attempt.

Problem occurred before delivery left with my old dishwasher and told me I had to keep the new dishwasher since it was out of the box... It was the wrong dishwasher. (This is when my loyalty to Samsung faded)

Called in and chatted multiple times to be told I would have to wait another month for a replacement. Supervisor requested and every time I am told 24-48 hours for a callback. I called in every 2 days and was told the same thing. 8 days later I finally get a supervisor and they offered me 50 dollars for my time and really couldn't care less that I spent 10+ hours in their stupid non-working phone systems (calling to talk to samsung computers are terrible).

They managed to ship me a new dishwasher and it was to be delivered last Tuesday... however it couldn't be that simple. XPO delivery (company hired by Samsung to deliver) has had a computer call me at least 13 times this week for pickup of the old dishwasher... not delivery of new one.

Just to not drag it on. Samsung screwed up with the label so XPO couldn't deliver... it is cleared up now and should be delivered this upcoming Tuesday...

I would not ever order anything from samsung directly again and now am rethinking ever purchasing their products ever again. My house is almost all Samsung TV's / Washer/Dryer / all kitchen appliances / phones etc.

I was trying to recover data from a busted Galaxy S7 phone. Data recovery options for Samsung phones are limited so I was heavily relying on Samsung Cloud. I kept running into bugs and issues on Samsung Cloud, forcing me to reach out to their customer support who were not very helpful.

When reaching out to support, they are very hesitant to admit they have a problem that needs fixing, and it takes a lot of convincing. The first problem was when the Gallery could not be accessed on the cloud. Luckily, a lot of other people were experiencing the same issue, and Support didn't believe me until I shared links to other forums where people were talking about it. Another issue was with the Cloud Sync feature which stopped working for me and to this day they never resolved it. One guy actually hung up on me. After that I stopped trusting them and haven't reached out again since.

I like my new Galaxy phone, but the Samsung Cloud is always broken and their Support is not very helpful.

Samsung offer Moga Xbox controller with pre order of Note 20. I order two Moga Xbox controllers with Note 20 Ultra 08/10/2020. I received both Moga Xbox controllers default. Not able to charge. So I called Samsung. I kept calling then finally talked to Manager. He promised that I will receive an email with the shipping label in 24 hours. I waited more than 24 hours. Did not received any email. Then I called again straight two days in a row then finally they created a ticket and send shipping label. For separate labels for both Moga Xbox controllers. I send back to Samsung. After that I only received a text message from them saying "we received your order, give us 4 business days to process". I waited more than a week. I check the ticket status update one controller they send back to me. But the other ticket they got cancelled and did not update to me. So I waited another two weeks. Still no update. Today is 11/02/2020, I called again for status of my second Moga Xbox controller, I was on the phone with Samsung over 6 hours and talked with 14 people and department to department got transferred. Still no resolution. Due to bad customer Service and I am an American Citizen, I boycott Samsung from my life. If you love your country (America) the I humbly request all of my friends and reviewer to remain patriot and use only products make in America. Thank you.

QLED LASTS 18 MONTHS

55 inch QLED top of the line $3500 last 18 months. A line through middle of led has appeared. Samsung customer support said sorry your on your own. Although every staff but one agreed $3500 for 18 months is terrible. No offer of help at all. Makes you wonder about their high end line of products, and customer care. Buyer be aware that spending big bucks may not get you a better product.

It's impossible to deal with their Customer Service to get the discount that was offered a week ago. They take the call are very polite but cannot accomplish their task. It's impossible to speak with a Manager and I feel like I dealing with a Robot... SAMSUNG WAKE THE HELL UP!

Good quality

The devices they produce are good, as for me. I have a TV of this brand and a phone. Actually, this is my third phone of this brand, Samsung galaxy namely. The only drawback I can say is the camera in my phone. It could be better since the quality of photos is not very good.

FIRE-SAFETY HAZARD – SAMSUNG Model UN65JS8500 Smart TV overheats and is too hot to touch. Not only does the heat bleed into the picture quality, it presents a personal injury risk to anyone contacting the unit and given the wall mounting, a fire hazard to our home.

To make matters worse, Samsung has not offered any reasonable remedy, rejecting: 1) a ‘One Time Service Call'; 2) a like-kind exchange; and 3) a partial credit towards a Samsung Corporate web-site purchase.

In the past, we've been very happy with Samsung and currently own six (6) Samsung Smart TVs. After five weeks of discussions, hours on (hold) customer service calls, and finally having been hung-up on, Samsung's Executive Customer Relations group has spoken loudly, they no longer value repeat customers.

Samsung has prove that they don't care about any consumers in my eyes. They absolutly refused to help with any type of pricing issue because everything was in my name instead of my wifes. I offered all types of proof to prove that no fraud was intended and yet to get any type of respones even after 3 different chats with 3 different people without ever logging off/leaving the chat. I have purchased all types of Samsung products from washer/dryer to tv's, phone's & tablets but will highly reconsider looking at other brands after this experience. After being loyal for 10+ years this is what I get, truly sad & I know understand why many friends have coverted away from Samsung!

I am regretful to switch with Samsung i bought TV, Kitchen, phones smart whatches with them thinking that was the latest of technology but is poor customer service that i ever see. My Note 10+ have problems to charge i called them and I've been on hold for more than an hour for just have an answer that something that they can't help me out that i have to call to another number for the company that works for them and fixing thier phones well i called that number and they said with that problem they can't do nothing because is a factory defect that i have to call back to Samsung well a another hr on hold and finally i spoke with someone for do nothing they said that i have to send my device to Samsung and it will take 7 to 14 days and they will fix it and send it back to me well and how i will work i use my phone for work and they said that's wasn't their problem because their are giving the solution to send the phone back and see if they can fix it, if i want is all what they can do when you buy an expensive phone is because we don't want to be in this situation first the time is very valuable to be wasting when i paid more than 1k supposed for one of the best products super upset and now how i will work without it they never think on their customer or they don't care if the customer loose money for a product that they sell was defected. I had Motorola in the past for many years and i thought was time to updated with Samsung but was the bad decision that i ever could take Motorola care about their customer service first very polite and second their do all what they can for help you with your problem if they think is something like factory defect they send you a new one as soon you got the new device you send the defected device back you never will be without communication and after that their call you back how the new device is working

About three months ago, we bought a surround for our Samsung Frame TV, which was very poorly packaged and arrived shattered. Ordinarily with a reputable company, the matter would be quickly resolved with the refund or a replacement. Not so Samsung: they know every trick in the book to ensure that your requests and complaints go nowhere, that nothing happens and that you just continue to waste time trying to get the matter resolved. Endless telephone calls, calls never returned, promises broken, false and misleading information, calls transferred and put on endless hold, 'sympathetic' but but unhelpful advice... they have nonservice down to perfection. If you must buy their stuff, buy it through a reputable retailer who will honour the transaction but never, never from Samsung directly: if something goes wrong, you have done your money. There really should be negative stars: they don't deserve even one.

Horrific customer service experience.
In July I left my Samsung galaxy 10 note in my car for about 4-5 hours. When I found it it had completely melted, like you put a lighter to it, a big yellow streak across the front screen, but the back of it was utterly damaged and parts had dissolved from the heat. It is a dangerous phone which I paid 1400 for. I tried speaking to customer service over 30 times over a 3 month period. They asked me to mail it in. I shipped it to them, they had it for 3 days, they sent it back to me, no explanation or plan of action, I've never heard back from anyone again. Not corporate, not a single human being. I keep calling customer service, they'd transfer me to the dep. That deals with damages, they'd say it will be escalated and someone will call me in 3 days I've never heard from anyone. This issue has been escalated over 20 times, but still not a single reply from anyone. This is the worst company that I've ever had to deal with. They don't care about the customer, the product is inferior and flammable. It caused a huge hole in my leather seat, which was caused by the melting phone. This phone is dangerous and could have caused a lot greater damage if I hadn't found it in time. The least they can do is give me my money back. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, and this is how they treat me. They are evil, money-hungry, and corrupt. What they've done to me is corrupt, especially since my phone is still under warranty and they can replace it or refund me, but they choose to treat me like an absolute nobody. Please buy your phone from any other company than Samsung, because on hot days if you leave that phone in your car, it will completely melt, melt your seat, and cause thousands of dollars of damage. If I hadn't caught it in time it would have set my car on fire. But customer service will not care, and you will never hear from them again. Please don't be a fool and spend a small fortune on a phone ($1,400) that cannot stand the heat, that will melt and damage your property extensively, and the company will do nothing about it, and ignore you 100 percent. They are not decent, have no integrity, morals, or values, They will sell you a cheap flammable product, and in the end, you will be treated like trash.

Spent over 20 hours on the phone over 2+ weeks trying to place an order. Spoke to 4 supervisors who asked me to place the order different ways, they escalated to the incorrect department, asked me to wait 2-3 days to receive a call back (3 times) and I never received one (I had to call), they gave me canned and bogus explanations, and finally said my account was flagged for placing so many orders (which they instructed me to do). I am encouraging everyone to avoid buying from Samsung as they place the customer last.

Samsung worked with Costco, and Costco called me. They found a different company to fix the washer. After about 3 weeks and a complaint to the BBB, they sent someone else. He texted Sunday evening and fixed it the next day. It took him about 30 minutes.

Absolute WORST customer service ever! 3 months after receiving my Samsung A70 it wouldn't charge so I called the Samsung call center. They sent a Fedex shipping label, I boxed it up and sent it off. Long story short, it was lost. Fedex has confirmation that it was received and signed for but Samsung is taking no responsibility. Countless hours on the phone with them (minimum of 4 hrs and at least 4-5 people each time I called) and NO resolution. Last I talked to them they were initiating a lost or stolen item claim since they initiated the shipping. Today I received an email stating they were cancelling my service request since the phone was not received. Bottom line - they set up shipping and sent the shipping label, Fedex has prove that it was delivered and signed for, Samsung is doing nothing and refuses to take responsibility or to provide any type of customer support! It's now been 4 months and I've given up hope of any resolution. Samsung will NEVER have my business again and I will strongly advocate that NO ONE purchase any of their products. It's just not worth it!
