Oven was delivered March 27. April 15 used the cleaning option and the glass shattered. Called Samsung, service repairman was to come the following Tuesday no show. Called Samsung they said the oven would have to be replaced. Call today and they said the approval for replacement hasn't been approved yet and could be another 3 days before they send the approval to Best Buy. Best Buy says once get approval could be 5-7 business days before we get it. Even sent them a picture so what's the hold up. Never buy again.

I had a Samsung tv for around 8 months and it just quit working. On closer inspection I noticed a small crack in the screen about the size of a quarter. The crack was internal and was not from abuse or negligence on my part as a matter of fact no one was even home when it cracked. My family and I left to go grab lunch without turning the football game off so I could rewind it a bit when I got home and when we got back from lunch the screen was black with the small crack. I took many pictures and talked with what they call "customer service" for warranty and the said I was negligent and they were not responsible. They asked if I had kids and I said yes I have a son and they said he probably damaged it with a toy or something when I wasn't looking? Give me a break. Anyway I took it to a tv repairman and he confirmed the crack was from an internal component and was not my fault and contacted Samsung to let them know and they still did nothing. So that is my story and why I will never own another Samsung product again in my life, all over an $800 dollar tv. I have since bought several tv's, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and new washer and dryer for a new house and multiple cell phones, and they all have the same thing in common they are not Samsung. It's amazing that a company like this will stiff you on a warranty claim to save a few bucks to cost them tens of thousands on a customers potential future purchases?! Anyway, adios Samsung I have not missed you or your products and definitely not your substandard customer service!

Customer service's are rude and not knowledgeable. I was over 2 hrs on the phone to try to purchase a product with someone on the phone for them to just tell me that it would be escalated and they would email me back. Then I chatted online and that guy said he didn't know the answer for me to call customer service who just told me they couldn't help me. I asked for a supervisor. They told me they didn't have one.

Galaxy A11 is the worst phone ever, Im trying galaxy after my apple iphone broke, well this is a disaster, samsung should be ashamed they made such a hackable peice of junk, i have had to factory reset my phone twice this week because my pin is apparently hijacked and samsung or the hi jackers have it my fingerprint option blocked, what could be more identifying than my fingerprint, I will never purchase a samsung mobile phone again in life, back to Apple. In summary Samsung technical support team has deemed my range unrepairable, ticket #... The range is under warranty. The offer the executive customer service member made was for the purchase price plus applicable tax. My issue with this is that I purchased over $7000 in Samsung appliances at a single time; therefore was provided a product rebate per appliance. The offer made was for $1520 plus tax. What I am asking for is the tax amount on the $1520. 00, plus the retail price prior to bundle rebate of $1688. 89. The original invoice from the retailer shows this amount. I believe this is fair as I will have to pay delivery on my new range, approximately $100, as well as losing out on the range extended warranty I purchased. My request is not unreasonable as I am not asking for anything more than I feel entitled to in order to replace my range with the same comparable unit. I have been without an oven now for over 5 weeks. Very slow and unresponsive customer service.

Joke of a company
April 12, 2021

Absolute joke of a company! Ordered an £550 pound oven which was delivered and sat untouched until we could source a kitchen fitter which was delayed because of covid. Opened the box to find the glass door smashed. Spent over 4 hours trying to contact for a replacement or repair, was told I'd need to pay £290 for repair. Complained via email and was told I'd receive a call to resolve. Before I had chance to take my phone from my pocket to answer it the call was terminated at the other end. I received a text saying i would receive another phone call within 30 minutes. After 36 minutes I received another text saying I'd missed a call despite having no missed call. 1 hour later received another text saying I'd missed a call, again with no missed call. Called the helpline and spent another 45 minutes on the phone to someone who kept putting me on hold whilst speaking to them and without warning. The lady didn't understand English and after 45 minutes and her still not having established even my address i gave up. Customer service is non-existent, will be ensuring everyone I know and more, avoids Samsung in the future.

I've got a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and I think it's awesome; still trying to find out more about the unit, but ultimately it's everything I need to do and the size is what I expected.

I bought this expensive phone about 6 months ago. It started crashing on me and I mean by crashing is that it would not power on at all. I took it to a Samsung based company and stated the motherboard was defected and that I had to ship it out to Samsung. What I did not understand is how can a phones motherboard crash after six months! That's just ridiculous! So I sent it out to Samsung they received and they did not start to work until 3 days later. I call d them and they lied to me through the whole process. They stated that they would expedite it but did the total opposite. I did not have another phone for about 2 weeks. I called multiples times and it was always a different story. I still have not received my phone back. It stated it was shipped out but it has been that position for multiple days when I know ups takes at least 1 day to ship out. This was my first Samsung and will be my last. This was by far the worst customer service ever. I would not recommend getting a Samsung. Stick to an iPhone, your life will be easier.

Samsung operates on advertising higher values on your phone and reject the trade-in, saying it didn't meet expectations. They take still screen shots, doesn't prove it's your phone. 2 months, $600 additional charge automatically taken out on my debit card and I still don't have my phone back. I smell fraud, class action lawsuits on operating procedures. Interesting part is they will have detailed records of all the phones they rejected.

I own a 12 year old LG, i bought my first Samsung, did not last 2 years, parents bought a LG same day, theirs is kicking butt, my computer is out, they will repair and not give me options of extended warranty. They should give a new TV, they have the worst warranty service contract in history. I read over 5000 people had same problem as me, they knew this when they sold me a defective TV, powers on and off nonstop every 2 seconds. Best part of the story is not only did i contact BBB but local news channel wants to go to Best Buy and do a recorded feed to play on the news for buyer beware. Pissed as hell but i will win this shortly, nobody from Samsung will reach out to me, nor will the Geek Squad at Best Buy help. I will win suit if the ignore me. Do not buy Samsung, buy Vizio or LG! Pissed off in Toledo Ohio / LOUIS S.

I wish I can share the chat transcript with the customer service agents. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and their stubbornness to compensate for my loss. Never ever going to buy a Samsung product.

Can't get order right
March 14, 2021

I went to the Samsung website and ordered the Galaxy S21 Ultra. I waited 4 days and received a response. The response said that my order was canceled, and I should put in another order No reason given. I made sure that my credit card was cleared of the charge before re-ordering. I re-ordered the same phone. Two days later, I get the same email, saying my order was canceled. WTF! I called customer service and the lady said that she didn't know why it didn't go through and the only thing I can do is re-order. What a damn joke. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also have a copy showing charge being disputed. So, I put in an order for the third time. Third time is the charm they say. Hopefully this one goes through. This is a lot of work on my side for a phone. First time, last time.

I use to be a big fan of Samsung electronics. Now it all seems to be garbage. I bought a tv from Walmart and it crapped out after 8 days. I paid 8000 for a fridge and the ice maker has given me nothing but grief since day 1. I will never purchase or recommend a Samsung product to anyone and will discourage the purchase to anyone I can. This is now a company that seems solely focused on profits rather then product quality or customer service from what I have read and experienced.

Manufactory fault
March 10, 2021

I encourage people not to buy Samsung products. Their products are the worst, I bought a Samsung 65 inches from best buy store in Newport News, and in less than two years the Tv is bad. The company refuses to send a technician to come over instead they want to charge me 300dollars for someone to come over. It is better to buy other Tv products and not Samsung, their customer service is nothing to write home and bad leadership. I have a bad experience with their product this is the second Tv from Samsung.

Wow, where to begin. We thought by buying a washing machine that was expensive and top of the line that we would not have to deal with all the issues that have come since we bought this machine. A few months after buying the machine we started to notice oil type stains on our clothes. It took a while for us to figure out that it was from the washing machine through a long process of elimination. Two different repair people came to our home to "asses the machine before anyone came to fix it... finally someone come to fix it but a few weeks later it started to do the same thing. So again we were on the phone to Samsung and the repair centre to try and get it fixed once again. After weeks and weeks of countless phone calls we finally got someone out to look at the machine again and... once again it was two different people that come into our home to tell us the same thing.: the drum needs replacing again. We were told after the second man visited our home that we would have a resolution within 24 hours and after almost two weeks of not hearing a thing. We again spent countless hours on the phone to Samsung to figure out what the issue is to only find out that they had no notes on the system from the two repair people that come to our home. A few weeks after that we were then sent an email outlining the cost for a repair of around £500 for a machine that we have had for less than a year and is still under warranty. Needless to say the email was an error and it is covered under warranty but the lack of professionalism and record keeping is clearly an issue at Samsung. Another week on they tell us they are waiting for parts and another week after that they tell us they are unable to get the parts. So now we are 14 months of owning the machine, one drum replacement already and another on the way and on going issues with the drum for almost a year now. They refuse to replace it yet now they claim they cannot get the parts to repair it. I would not recommend Samsung to anyone purely based on their customer service and clearly the quality of their products. Sure, it comes with a warranty but we have been waiting a few months now for the second drum replacement as the washing machine continues to wreck our clothing but what choice to we have other then expose ourselves to unnecessary risk during a pandemic to wash our clothes at a laundromat when we have paid almost £1000 to having a washing machine that does not work. Not to mention that we have a young family and it is not ideal to be taking small children to a laundromat to do laundry, nor should we have to when we have paid for a washing machine.

New Model 43" Samsung Crystal
February 21, 2021

I purchased a new model 43 crystal led for my son for Christmas as like many we couldn't source the ps5 he wanted. After 2 weeks I decided to wipe down the tv as per the instructions with a new soft dry micofibre cloth. As soon as I did this parts of the coating came away from the screen leaving a mottled appearance and viewable when the unit is on or off. I contacted Samsung multiple times and they tried telling me bt online had supplied me a used unit and to contact them. I did, and as expected they assured me this was a brand new model that had only just come out and they don't send out used units anyway. I again contacted Samsung multiple times and got no where. I researched online to see if anyone else had had any issues with this model and sure enough they had. Poor screen coating was mentioned and manufacturing process issues used. I put this to Samsung and eventually got a call from one of the managers. However he refused to accept there could be a manufaturing issue resulting in poor screen coatings. They put it down as cosmetic damage caused by the user. Unbelievable, I have a lot of high end equipment and always follow the cleaning instructions to the letter. Thankfully I have never purchased any high end samsung products and will just bin their inferior faulty product and purchase from a reputable company with a decent customer service. LG, Pioneer, Sony, Marantz and phillips are excellent BTW. I wish I'd read the Samsung reviews before making my purchase as I'm usually cautious and research potential purchases.
The poor ratings speak for themselves and I'm glad it was only a £350ish purchase. Seriously stay away from Samsung...

DO NOT CHOOSE SAMSUNG!
February 18, 2021

If I could rate this 0 I would
DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT.
When you have an issue with your product Samsung will do NOTHING to help. Warranty... what warranty
I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G
I got it at the end of October 20 and on the 15th Jan it just stopped working.
I tried 4 or 5 different ways to get through to someone. Tried the support chat, requested a call back, tried to book in a video support call. Nothing. Eventually I got through but only when transferred by my network provider.
During the call and Samsung "said" they'd booked in an engineer to come out and fix it.
2 weeks, 7 phone calls and 3 complaints later they still hadn't booked it in. I then had to arrange this repair myself with "WeFix" as Samsung were clearly incompetent. Still nothing done with my complaints either and no one has called me back as promised to this day.
3 engineer visits later (and at least 4 cancelled engineers visits-i lose count there's so many) and my phone still is unusable, AND they've scratched my £1200 phone and will not replace it.
I've now not been able to use my phone for longer than I have been able to use it! But Samsung aren't bothered... Apple would have replaced this on the 1st day. Wish I'd stayed with them
Samsung leave you to try to sort it yourself, and after over a month still refuse to replace it and clearly can't fix a 3 month old £1200 phone! DISGRACEFUL...
Save yourself the frustration, the time, and the wasted energy. Oh, and they haven't even offered a cover phone whilst my £1200 phone won't even turn on!
STAY AWAY
