Overpriced, and as soon as the manufactured warranty expires, surprise the product does not work. VERY overpriced for an over priced product that does not produce and the customer service is the worse, even if you buy the extended warranty, it cost more to fix the deflective product than to buy a new product, waste of money.
I kno wthat there are many other good brands, but this one is will always the best for me. I had already three phones of this brand and I find them so convenient.
They only lie and give false promises. I was promised a phone to be delivered in 5 weeks. Nothing came. It's week 7 now and for 2 weeks, no one is giving me an answer as to where my phone is. For 2 weeks, I've been hearing the same phrase "we escalated your issue to our team and they will get back to you in 24-48 hours." It's been 2 weeks and no one is getting back to me. I wanted to cancel the order, then the representative offered me a $200 refund to keep the order and wait for it to be delivered. I accepted that until 5 minutes later I get an email that they cannot honor the $200 refund. How many lies do these people want to give their clients? Now I can't even cancel my order! This is complete scam and unprofessional behavior. Shame on you Samsung!
We purchased a Samsung aFter having problems with Electrolux(the repairmen we're older and didn't know how to repair the computer part of the refrigerator) and we went from the sfiring pan into the fire. I don't know how many times this refrigerator has had issues. The freezer has frozen up countless times, but now the refrigerator part has stopped working and this is the 12th time that the food has spoiled. Do yourself a favor and stay away fro Samsung!
I was looking to buy a 50 inch TV, as I am a loyal customer of Samsung I go to their website. I see on their site the Q60T for $530. After doing my due diligence on the price for an hour I decide to purchase the TV, when I try it know says it is unavailable & tries to then sell me the Q60A for $699.99 which costs $170.00 more, I'm am shocked & in Awe that a Company such as Samsung would blatantly use bait & switch, I have been a loyal Samsung TV buyer for the last 4 years but as of know i am no longer.
First of all we are loyal Samsung fans, televisions, phone, washer and dryer and all appliances. After this last experience we more than likely will not be purchasing Samsung anything again. We purchased a 75 inch frame television which I'm sure as you know is not cheap it was 3k, we had a whole custom wall built with a mantle and professional mounting which also was not cheap just to accommodate the Samsung Frame TV. We also purchased a 75 inch teal bezel for the television which we paid $200 for. Approximately 6 months into owning the television a faint line appeared, we contacted Samsung customer service who got us in touch with a repair company. We were told this was a known issue and 2020 75 inch televisions were no longer available so a full refund was to be issued. All we wanted was a replacement so we reordered the television at this point only the 2021 was available. We ordered this television from Best Buy since Samsung did not have any on their website. After receiving the television we realized the television is not the same as the 2020, it is smaller and lightweight so the mounting was not like the original. We had to pay again $160 to Best Buy to have it remounted and the bezel we had purchased doesn't fit. We called Samsung to find out about reimbursement since this issue was a manufacturer issue and not fair that we now have to come out of extra money because of Samsung's faulty product. We provided receipts and we were told a case would be opened to then to be told that nothing could be done. This experience totally left a bad taste in our mouth and we will be sure to let everyone know how Samsung treats their loyal customers.
Samsung has absolutely no dignity, ethics or morals and should and will be exposed. They sold me a defective TV and only 4 weeks old will not honor the warranty, return calls or provide warranty service. They lied to us time and time again. Stay tuned for more about Samsung. I am having a major news network do a feature on the operations of this company. Also be careful, you might be getting a refurbished TV not New. That comes from there own employees mouth. More to come, I promise
I bought the fridge freezer 3 years ago, quality was so rubbish that the internal shelves started breaking after a year. Then one day i heard some noise so i called the engineer, he didnt really check anything and left saying its working fine a month later freezer stopped working, called another engineer and he confirmed that its faulty and booked a replacement. The replacement came 2 weeks later and it was ACTUALLY DEMAGED.
I rang again to tell them that uve sent me a demaged item, after 2 hours of headache on the phone i was told that ill get a 80 to 100cm high mini fridge to use for now.
Fridge came was half the size, we already had our grocery done according to the measurements given to us. Spent another 2 hours with customer services, which was pointless and they wrnt happy to help at all. Ive got a baby who needs fresh milk at all time a girl whos just started school and need yogurts and drinks for school. I am a working mum who prepares food and keeps in the fridge in advance. I am absolutely devastated by their behaviour. I feel helpless. Ive wasted so much money on food so far that goes to bin every day. There no sense of responsibility.
Beside all this i don't even know when my original fridge is coming, its been a full day and ive not received any email regarding that! Absolutely appalling service.
I am ringing them every single day and noone helps.
Plz plz don't waste your money and time on samsung products. The quality is rubbish and customer services is awful!
I bought the latest S7 tablet and it works like a charm... no complaints. I went to buy a cover after few days and they said I have to pay the full price (I had discount if I bought it together with the tablet). I was so disappointed.
I was attempting to make a purchase for the new Galaxy S21 Ultra phone from Samsung website so I could get my government employee discount and a discount for my Galaxy S8. Samsung has teamed up with ID.me to verify government employees by using their government email address where they send a confirmation link. I created a ID.me account using the same email address as my Samsung account, received the link and confirmed. So when I go back to Samsung site to check out, it lead me back to ID.me. I attempt to log in but it said email or Password incorrect. I know it wasn't because I used the same Password I used for other generic sites. OK so maybe I did forget the password, I clicked on "Forgot Password" and it says the email address could not be found. Get this how is that when they sent a account created confirmation to the same email address. I chatted with a rep on Samsung site for almost an hour trying to figure it out. Finally I told him Good-night I've decided to buy an iPhone instead, trying to deal with ID.me literally gave me a migraine headache, I not kidding. Samsung S21 Ultra and the migraine headache I endured was not worth the price of the phone. ID.me gets your information then pretend you doesn't exist. For Samsung to team up with ID.me was a terrible ideal because they lost a customer to Apple.
I bought my Samsung washing machine 4 years ago. It is now going in the garbage. The lid starting giving me hard time closing within the first year; and today the whole glass top shattered. Worst product ever! Customer service is just as bad! Not helpful at all. I will never buy another Samsung product again.
I purchased a new Samsung S21 as a gift for my wife from the Samsung online store. They delivered the box on the 30th of March 2021, and on the 14th of April 2021, we were having a video conversation with our family members when the phone ran out of battery. Then we charged the phone and turned it on, but there was no signal for both sim1 and sim2, and after restarting and rebooting, there was still no signal. Then I headed to the Samsung Store in the Mall of the Emirates. They informed me that the motherboard was destroyed, that the phone had physical damage, and that we would have to replace the screen and frame in order to replace the motherboard.
So disappointed with Samsung repair policy. Sent back laptop with trackpad that doesn't work. They wanted to charge for repair because there were a couple cracks in the screen which I didn't want repaired. I kept escalating with customer service they stopped responding.Don't understand policy, if I take car in for repair they only repair what is requested. Went round and round with customer service with no agreeable resolution. Stupid policy, I am done with Samsung.
Recently i was excited over a samsung ad for a phone, On the Samsung shop app. The ad specified a price of 554 which included a military discount. I went through the whole process and at the the total was 1199. When i asked customer service why i get an automated message saying you need to select the trade-in option. I replied to them that there was no way to select the trade-in option and that the ad did not say anywhere on it with trade in. I even went so far as to send them emails with the screenshots of the ad and the whole checkout process. No where did it ask for a trade in. And in the ads for some other phones specifically stated with trade-in. When i receive the next message back again I get the same automated message various times over telling me to select trade in. When someone finally responded to my actual question it was a oh that is a problem with our app you need a trade in to get that price sorry for your luck.
So i ask is this any way a company as big as Samsung can treat any customer let alone a disabled vet.
Do not buy your phones directly from samsung! If I could give Samsung a 0 star review I would. Yes their phones are superior, but their customer service has me almost switching to Apple. I ordered a new phone through the website with the promise of a trade in deal. The rules for trade in were to 1. "factory reset it", 2. Make sure its not "blacklisted" 3. It has to power on/off and be in working condition then send your phone back within 15 days after you receive the new one. When I received my new phone, there were no directions on how to complete the trade in, none. I had to dig around on the internet to figure it out. Then, they received my old phone that I factory reset, and they said it didn't meet the standards because I didn't reset my pass code. This was not listed anywhere on the website, and I was not aware this was even a step. I reset my phone and assumed that when it prompted me to set up the phone (like it was a new phone) that was it. I didn't want to set the phone back up after factory resetting it. Now I am out $278 because their trade in process is a scam. I could have went through Verizon and actually saved some money. Do not buy your phones directly from samsung!
Don't get me wrong I love Samsung products and own a few. However the problem comes into play when there is a issue with a product and you have to deal with customer service. Had a issue with a product and it had to be sent out. The repair place it was sent to have probably about 75% bad reviews and it seems for good reason. When I received my unit back it was a different serial number than the one i sent out and I never received the power cord back. I have called 3 time now in the past three weeks and have to tell the same story and send the same pictures to everyone I talk to because it seems they are all using the same customer service script. Its a shame that samsung cannot have a customer service team that actually wants to help the customers instead of just reading lines off a script.
Samsung is making excuses for not adding a micro SD card. They are saying not many people use micro SD Cards, & that they use the extra space for hardware. Complete BS samsung is just trying to be the new iPhone. Iphone did this to make more money. Part of a Android phone has always had the SD Card slot. The say they use the extra space for hardware if that was true they wouldn't be able to sell the same phones with more storage if you pay more. Nobody uses SD cards this is definitely false everyone I know uses SD cards with their phone if they can. What people don't know is micro SD cards go up to 1 Terabyte. Samsung is charging you so much more for memory and limiting your phones capabilities. Samsung your not even a android anymore and your going to end up just like iPhone they are slowly but surely being hated by everyone.
I (unfortunately) own quite a bit of products from Samsung. I will NO longer buy any Samsung product. I was trying to purchase a new cellphone from their website and it wouldn't let me complete the purchase for some unknown reason. Even their support team couldn't figure out why. Just kept telling me to clear my cache and cookies. Well after changing to the 4th device that is NOT the problem. And what company cant help you place an order over the phone... well Samsung CANT! Then I decided why am I wasting my time with these folks. My biggest regret is that I just refurnished my kitchen with Samsung appliances. When something goes wrong with those that should be a lot of fun as well!
I am on my fourth Samsung phone, we have Samsung appliances in our kitchen and have never had problems with them. My earbuds did give me some trouble, they lost their Bluetooth capability. I contacted their Customer Service department via chat and they got me set up with a free repair or replacement. It was extremely easy to send in my product and they fixed it, kept in contact with me via email, and sent back new working earbuds. I'm disheartened to see so many negative reviews, but I guess people rarely talk about when things work, just complain when they don't.
